Sunset Island Villa: Gorgeous large 5 bedroom beach home located directly on the sound! Sleeps 10

We loved the home. It was spotless, so well equipped, warm environment. We would love to stay again! Watching the sunset was such a special family time.

Had a great stay with my family. The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Was in Navarre for my daughter’s wedding and was looking for a nice house to accommodate the entire family for the weekend.This property is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious with tons of amenities. The elevator was especially nice getting larger items to the second or third floor.The view from the deck at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking!The RMI Team is incredible as well. Always checking to see if you need anything and willing to help with any questions that you might have.Looking forward to our next trip already!

This is THE place to stay. Check in was very easy. Communication was great. The keyless entry made coming a going flawless. There is an elevator which was a game changer for unloading all our stuff and sending it up without having to navigate stairs each time. The home is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, cutlery and bake ware you could need. There is a convection stove which was fun to cook on. The pans are great and non stick. The house has 8 beach towels you can use so you don’t need to bring any with you and every bathroom is stocked with plush towels. There are tvs in every room. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra blankets in each closet. If you are particular about your pillow I’d bring your own. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a beach wagon, a few shovels, games and floats. The house has incredible views and a dock right out the back door. We fished a lot from it and caught many fish. We also brought stand up paddle boards that allowed us to explore the bay. It was easy to get them in and out of the water from the dock. We had dolphins show up several days too.The beach is a short very pleasant walk from the house. Navarre gives the small town feel and the beaches weren’t crowded. We did drive 20-30 minutes to go eat at 2 nice restaurants located in Pensacola but there are several good options in Navarre. We loved our stay here and give it a 10/10!

The home was exactly as shown in photos and a perfect size for all our family. Everyone had their own space, and it worked out extremely well. The only issue we had was one with the cooktop, which was out for two days. After reading several reviews on that particular brand. It’s an idiosyncrasy that apparently it has. The property manager was responsive, but unfortunately had no way of doing anything. By the time someone finally came the came it was working again.There is quite a bit of construction going on, but the views are beautiful, so that makes up for it.

This house was extremely clean and had such a beautiful view! Quick walk to the gulf! It was such a beautiful house and we would definitely stay here again!

This home is magnificent!!! The property owners thought of everything, including an elevator that made it easy for my mother-in-law to watch the sunset in the evenings. Having a spot on the bay to hang out, we had dolphins swim right up to us, which was the highlight of our stay! The managers kept in constant contact with us, making sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately kept, and truly felt like our home away from home. We cannot wait to visit again!!

The host was very easy to work with and had clean explanations of everything we needed to know. Looking forward to booking again!

Had a wonderful stay at this stunning home. It's well appointed, including towels, blankets, utensils etc. Furniture is nice, location is stunning. Management company was very responsive and reasonable. Checkout process was painless and very reasonable.

This was the best week I have ever had at the beach. Michelle was the most amazing host when we had questions or problems. The place was better than described, and the view off the back deck was worth every penny! The sunsets are the best I’ve seen in 40 years and the fishing off the back yard is fantastic! I’d go back again next year for sure if I can get our schedules to work….

The decks overlooking the sound were a favorite place for my husband and I. Watching all the wild life ( including dolphins, a heron that my grandson fed his fresh caught fish, pelicans and ducks) and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well organized and the pantry included extra appliances. We used the toaster oven and counter ice maker. The ocean beach was not crowded most of the time and I enjoyed walking to the national seashore area. Michelle from the managing company was very helpful. Lovely place!

This property is better than advertised!!!!! The sunsets are absolutely amazing. Home is fully stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the garage. One underrated feature that I would like to highlight is the elevator, as it made loading and unloading a dream! Michelle is wonderful. She is very responsive and adds thoughtful touches. We look forward to staying again in the future.
