Stayed Jan 1, 2026This is an amazing property!! I cannot recommend it enough!! If you see it available please do not hesitate to book it. It was about 10 min drive to historic district and about 20 min if there was too much traffic but to be honest the location is still good. The house was very clean and organized everything worked as it should. I like the fact that each of the two rooms has its own bathroom. The only one thing is that the first floor where the kitchen is doesn’t have blinds because since it is a new construction it has many windows for sun light which I really like but at night I would like for them to have blinds or blackouts since you can even see through the front and back door glasses. But still I would book it again with my eyes closed since the price was affordable compared to many other smaller ones.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025The house was very clean and in a great location. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. One house next door had something loud running outside at all times, however you couldn’t hear it when you were inside and when we were outside we played music, which covered up the noise. The pool heater was not working the first day that we got there. The property manager did have someone come and fix it, however it never got that warm. They said it was running and told us the temperature was in the mid 80s, but it didn’t feel that warm. Luckily, we had warm weather outside, which helped. The pictures make the pool look bigger than what it really is, so just remember it is a “plunge pool”. We were not disappointed because we knew ahead of time what that was going to look like. Not very much privacy from the identical house next door and the pools are only separated by a fence. Again, luckily we were on opposite “outdoor” schedules from the other renters. Overall, great house.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Property was new and perfectly suited to our spring time visit to St Augustine. A great location to access the old city and local beaches. Property had all we needed to cook and relax after touring the area. An issue with the pool heater was responded to and satisfactorily resolved by the property managager. Would stay again in the future.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024This house is perfect, clean, and is everything you need for your stay in Saint Augustine. We actually had to change our dates due to hurricane Milton, but Danny and his team were very accommodating. The house is as exactly as it is described in the listing, and it is centrally located in Saint Augustine if you need to go downtown or to the beach. We were only here for a couple of days, but we hope to get back soon for a longer stay

Stayed May 30, 2024This home is located just a short walk from the St. Augustine Lighthouse and a little farther to the Alligator Farm (we did walk). The Uber rides to downtown were super-fast and usually around $8-12. We came in our our boat and docked at the Conch House Marina and walked to this house. It was a perfect setup for that. The home was extremely clean, too! The only negative is that the pool is smaller in person, but we were so busy that we didn't use it. I highly recommend this vacation rental for luxury and convenience!

Stayed Mar 29, 2024No kidding, this place looks like a modern Coastal Living photoshoot, with huge windows, sunrise view of the harbor from two porches, and every luxury. Linens, dishes, and furniture were all gorgeous, with simple lines. Two king suites upstairs fit our family (the downstairs couch pulls out to a queen bed if you need another spot for someone to sleep), and our kids loved the private heated plunge pool. I spent hours on the decks overlooking the private back yard (fenced), with the sound of palm fronds everywhere. Tucked down a little dead-end street, there is no traffic at the house, but mini-golf is across the main drag one block away. Walk two minutes east to a kayak put-in, two minutes west to an artisanal butcher shop and upscale market. We walked to dinner at the Conch House (ask for a tiki hut to dine over the water!). Anastasia State Park is a couple minute's drive south, and we spent a whole day there, with lunch at the park shop (fish and chips for the adults, grilled cheese for kids, sodas, seltzers, and beer available). Everything you need, nothing you don't, in a clutter-free beautiful setting that makes relaxing so easy.
