• Security Cameras: Positioned toward street-facing entrances.
• No Central AC: Ocean breezes and portable fans keep the home comfortable.
• There is a separate unit on the property with it's own private entrance, not attached to the home, that can be booked as well by you, or by different guests.
• Sofa Beds: Please inform us before arrival if bedding setup is needed.
