To ensure the safety and security of our property and community, we require all guests to complete a secure identity verification process before check-in. This is a non-negotiable step for every reservation.

This verification is handled through a secure and private platform, EnsoConnect, an official trusted partner of Airbnb. As part of this screening process for legal compliance, you will be asked to:

1. Provide essential screening information, including your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address. We require this information to prevent fraud and to ensure we have a reliable way to contact you for any issues during your stay.
2. Upload a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation.
3. Review and sign our rental agreement.
4. Choose your security option: a refundable $1000 security deposit hold (returned after your stay provided no damage was found) OR a non-refundable $106.99 damage waiver fee (a hassle-free alternative).

The information you provide is encrypted and used solely for identity confirmation in compliance with local regulations and to protect against fraud. Your privacy is our top priority.

Your Digital Boarding Pass:

Completing your digital boarding pass is a quick and essential step to confirm your reservation and receive your check-in details. For your convenience, your digital boarding pass will be sent to your email at three key times: right after booking, 30 days before your arrival, and the night before check-in.

Once you`ve completed this step, you will see a digital welcome book with all of our recommendations and things to do. Your digital boarding pass will also display your home address, Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, and the property access code. The access code will appear at 4 PM on your check-in day unless early check-in has been pre-approved.

    We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house which was perfect for our 22 member family- 12 kids and 10 adults. Few things happened but the prompt reply and ability to fix it quickly was nice. We had the best time. The kids all played games in the basement which they loved. They also had fun time watching movies at night! So much to do at the house. It was very welcoming and organized. Thanks for having us!!

    The house is beautiful and clean, and the location is great. The kitchen is gorgeous but isn’t well-stocked with adequate bowls, pans, glasses, etc. for the size of group that can stay at the house. The beds are not great—one was broken, no extra linens, and the mattresses are quite hard. The game room is awesome and the house has relaxing private areas for a large number of guests.

    We Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with a large group of friends at the end of February 2025; the house was described and presented 100% accurately. The house was clean and ready for our early arrival and our group had ample space to enjoy the entire house for the weekend. The property manager was readily available for questions and any issues - which was helpful.i would highly recommend this property and its definitely affordable if you or your group will be utilizing all the space it has to offer. Bonus was the hot tub and the outdoor space that worked great with the 60 degree weather that we unexpectedly had!

    Overall the home was great! Hot tub took a few days to heat up to 104 degrees and some of the games are in beat up condition but everything still worked! If you have a large group it might be helpful to pack a towel or ask hosts to stock up some extra towels.

    We were a group of 6 ministry couples staying at the property to have our annual leadership meetings. The home is in a golf course community but since the backyard faced the course, we never felt enclosed, nor did we ever feel our privacy was compromised by passing carts or golfers. The home itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our meetings in the living space, several different areas to have meals together, lots of natural light, and the kitchen and pantry space were awesome. The firepit and hot tub were perfect to enjoy in the evenings. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking in garage, driveway, and street for six cars. 10 minutes to grocery store/restaurants. Host communication very good and hospitable; lots of little touches of hospitality throughout the home. If you're a large party staying longer (more than a couple nights) host offers a mid-stay cleaning (additional fee); otherwise be prepared to launder towels and run the dishwasher often (bring extra soap) since towels and dishes are about enough for 10-14 people. Overall, a truly lovely experience for our group and it was pretty unanimous that they would book again.

    Keep scrolling for another property. This experience was HORRIBLE. First of all, we had purchased the damage waiver through VRBO and the host would not allow us to check in without ALSO purchasing the property management's damage waiver. The host responded that it is very clear on their listing this is their policy! Then within 2 hours of checking in a friend stopped by with a dog. This is a no pet policy. THEY OWNER WAS WATCHING US ON CAMERA and reached out. We immediately apologized and offered to remedy this situation. A normal person would accept this resolution. Instead, we were EVICTED from a 5 night stay and not refunded ANY of our fees from the host! Seriously! For a dog! Instead of accepting our resolution to remove the dog from the property the owner told us we had one hour to vacate or the authorities would arrive. Despite HOURS of attempts to talk to the property manager he refused all our calls and would only text/ email. VRBO refused to help us. They wouldn't help us find alternative accommodations in the moment and they would

    We used this house as a home base for my son’s wedding. It’s a beautiful, large home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a really fun bedroom setup for the little kids. For the short amount of time we were able to enjoy it, we utilized all of the amenities, especially the games in the basement. We wished we would have had more time and we all want to come back. If you need a clean, well appointed, functional home for any family gathering, you can’t go wrong with this one.
