Stayed Dec 23, 2025My family, which is spread throughout the country, gathered in this lovely home for the Christmas holiday. Of all the VRBO's we have used through the years this one had by far the most home feel of any. Lots of personal touches. Plus, the owner did a great job communicating with us and was extremely accommodating. Very comfortable. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and very pleasant. The home was clean and very spacious. My young adults really enjoyed just sitting in the large basement area. We would definitely stay here again upon a return trip to Colorado!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We stayed at this property for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Annette was an amazing host. She stayed in contact for anything we needed and shared local events and such that were happening. She made check in and out extremely easy. We will keep this contact so if we come that way again we will stay with her property.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023This place was just as described in the list. Very clean, nice neighborhood, spacious. It was perfect for our family trip. We traveled to Denver for my son's 16th Birthday and he brought several friends. They stayed downstairs so had their own little space. It is a little bit of a drive from Downtown Denver (20 minutes) but that's all right, there is still plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only recommendation is that there be the typical handbook telling you things like check out guidelines, WiFi Password etc... be we got it figured out. Would definitely consider staying thee again if we wee in the area.
