- Living Area: The interior boasts a modern, comfortable layout featuring a dedicated wet bar and a TV for group entertainment.

- Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with cooking basics, pots, pans, a coffee maker, and children's dinnerware.

- Bedrooms: The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed.

- Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms.



⚠️Honest Expectations:

- Security & Deposits: To keep the property in top shape, a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver is required via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

- Cosmetic Quirks: As a well-loved vacation rental, the home has some minor wear and tear, including occasional chips in the flooring and closet doors that may bump into each other.

- Personal Belongings: Our cleaning staff works on a very tight schedule to prepare the home for incoming guests. We cannot guarantee the retrieval or mailing of forgotten items, so please thoroughly check all rooms before you check out.

- Optional Upgrades: We frequently offer optional add-ons via message, such as early check-in, late checkout, and pool heating. Pool heating is $65 per day and is typically not necessary from May through September due to the extreme heat.



Guest Access:

Enjoy a seamless self-check-in process using a secure keypad door code anytime after 4:00 PM. Guests have full access to the entire home, and free parking is available on the premises.

Located at North Sunset Drive, this Tempe home is centrally positioned in a quiet residential area. It offers a peaceful environment while maintaining exceptional proximity to the vibrant Old Town Scottsdale area and Mill Ave.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately a 10-minute walk to Papago Rotary Park. Papago Park and its beautiful desert trails are just a short drive away. The heart of Old Town Scottsdale and Mill Ave are a very quick drive, making it incredibly easy to access top tier shopping and dining depending on local traffic.
