Lana & Hollie were wonderful. The orange trees in back were wonnerful. The property was older, but well maintained.

The owners and property manager were very responsive to any and all issues in a very timely manner (nothing major). This home is clean and comfortable, which was very important to us. Like one of the previous comments the lanai area could use some updating for best use. We appreciated having a grill, plenty of cookware, nice kitchen appliances, (dishwasher could be updated, but does the job) and cooking utensils Also having a nice laundry area was appreciated. We had good TV reception and internet. Another plus in our minds was the extra leaf for the dining table which made it easy to work on jigsaw puzzles. Thank you for a wonderful two months.

Enjoyed our stay however it was cut short for medical reasons. Lana was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Ditto for the property manager.

Great place to stay, eat and sleep. Easy access to Rec Centers and Golf. A bit lacking in outdoor lounging and entertaining space. But there are plenty of opportunities to get some sun. Host and owners were fantastic.

I loved the house and felt like it was very homey from the start. The kitchen had everything I would need if I chose to cook, which wasn't often! But the place had it all! The master bed room had the most comfortable bed and was very cozy. The remodeled bath was lovely and clean. All in all I would recommend the home to anyone who wants a home away from home in Sun City.

The house was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly. It had easy access to the main roads. Enjoyed the warm weather and the sunshine.

We enjoyed our stay in Sun City . The location of our rental was great. We were close to the Peoria Baseball stadium, our main reason for being in the area. We had fresh orange juice each morning from the backyard trees. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk. Fry's Grocery store supplied us with all we needed. We found everything as stated in the listing of the property. The house was clean and had what we needed. We did miss WiFi and ESPN but we knew these would not be available when we booked the rental.

This home is located in a great location. It was easy to find our way to groceries, recreation centers, shopping, park and airport. We particularly enjoyed picking oranges from the trees in the backyard; (thank you for the electric juicer); and sipping fresh orange juice every day. We found there to be many activities in the area and the home was cozy and comfortable for us to return to each day. Hollie, the property manager, was very helpful during our stay. Thank you.

We spent several weeks in Phoenix and thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home in Sun City. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed our morning walks. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Lana and Joe was great. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone visitng Phoenix.
