Recently updated. Gorgeous 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ground floor condo that comfortably sleeps 2 adults and is located in Old Town Scottsdale. This luxurious condo comes with all the amenities. The kitchen has new appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets, and tile floors. Plus it comes fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, cooking ware and everything you need to make your stay truly relaxing. The spacious living room has a 32 LCD flat-screen TV with COX cable, DVD player with aDVD collection for your viewing pleasure. The bedroom has a king-size, pillow-top bed with hotel brand linens. It also has a flat-screen TV, ample storage for your clothes, iron and ironing board. The bathroom features granite countertops, plenty of towels, plus a washer & dryer. After a long day of golfing and shopping enjoy the Arizona sunset on your private 200 square foot patio complete with a new dining table and chairs. The unit has high-speed internet access.

This is a great location. Only 20 yards from the 18-hole Continental Golf Course Club House. Within walking distance to world renowned art galleries, San Francisco Giants spring training, fabulous gourmet restaurants and shopping centers. When you are ready to stretch your legs enjoy the 28 miles of walking/biking paths.

Casago House Rules

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~ No large gatherings
~ You will be provided with your own parking space upon arrival. Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 1 bedroom has a $100 utility allowance per 30 days ($3.34/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $100 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. No cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed with a pet fee.

    Appreciate it is dog friendly, pool and spa were great, people very friendly, excellent location and management company very responsive. Very quiet complex as well! Condo furniture is old and damaged, had to clean ourselves it was dusty and floors were dirty. Bathroom tile falling off shower surround. As it is AZ the outdoor space only had table and chairs - it is a big area and since it is a small condo a outdoor area with furniture to enjoy would be nice. Not a gated community - Homeless frequently walk through (one was behind dumpster) HOA should hire roving security. Located on ground floor is nice - but lots is foot traffic as it is next to parking lot.

    Property location is good and outside nicely maintained. Condo was adequate for our needs. I was fortunate to reserve this property at the last minute as my previous reservation got canceled the day I arrived.

    My husband and I were able to take a vacation without the kids and this place was perfect for just the two of us! Close to shopping, golf and food, we had a wonderful week! We will definitely return!

    Condo was clean but older and sparse in decoration (posters mostly). Biggest disappointment is the bathroom where the toilet and bathtub/shower is. The wallpaper is ripped and pealing everywhere and the paint is covering up damaged bulging drywall. Baseboards are very old with layers and layers of paint. All windows face the street, courtyard or neighbors in upper level of condo across the sidewalk can look in, so windows curtains stayed closed entire time.
