Sunriver Luxury Family Home at Caldera Springs

We enjoyed a family vacation at the Sunriver Luxury Family Home at Caldera Springs. What a wonderful experience. The home was well stocked, clean, even had spices, cooking oil, olive oil and necessities, like soaps, laundry detergent and even large soap dispensers in each shower. I was very impressed as many VBROs are sorely lacking that way. We restocked things as needed and left those things there to pay it forward. The hot tub was wonderful, nice back porch with comfortable furniture. The gas BBQ was great and worked very well - a Weber even.The hosts were excellent as messaging and communication was excellent and is clear pride in ownership and providing a good experience was evident.The garage is stock with toys, multiple bikes with easy to adjust seats all sizes and water toys as well.My wife and I highly recommend Sunriver Luxury Family Home at Caldera Springs.

This was the 21st annual fly fishing trip to Sunriver and Central Oregon. The Caldera Springs Cabins, especially 38, are the best kept secret, in Sunriver.Our chef said the kitchen had all the pans and ingredients to create wonderful dishes. He loves to barbecue and it was great.The hosts were checking in to see if we needed anything. I rated it a five start, but in reality it was a TEN.Thank you Eric,Bill S

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and appreciated the great communication from the hosts, especially their quick response when we had a minor issue with the upstairs A/C unit. Eric promptly sent a crew and kept us updated on their arrival. The house is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for family reunions or small groups. The firepit on the back patio became the highlight of our evenings after a day of exploring.

We had an amazing time! Trip with family. Home was well appointed, has everything you will ever need and more. Rode bikes every day, played garage games and corn hole. Beds were comfortable too! Would recommend

The house is very well set up with bathrooms off of each bedroom suite. The kids bed upstairs is perfect! Plenty of room in the kitchen area to host and feed many.

The property was wonderful. It had everything you could think of: video games, bicycles, board games, and so many other things to make your stay unforgettable. The property featured walking paths, a golf course, a gym, and a swimming pool. There was also a private hot tub on the patio. It felt wonderful after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great house with plenty of extras to enjoy during our stay including bikes, kayaks, waffle maker, extra coffee maker and the beds were super comfortable.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time during our stay in Caldera Springs! The home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed; large and small kitchen appliances, gadgets, sharp knives, plenty of cookware and food storage containers. The owners really are attentive to details that a lot of owners overlook or are too cheap to provide. The home also included all of the recreation equipment we needed; kayaks, bikes, tennis rackets, pickleball equipment and more. Our kids did not get bored... tons of games to play, hot tub for early mornings and late evenings and a fire pit that makes the perfect s'more. The home was equipped with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Eric and Emile communicated clearly and made sure we were taken care of and that all of our needs were being met. We will defiantly be coming back to Cabin 38!

Great house, good location.

The property is filthy and extremely tired. Stains on carpet chairs that need to be replaced cobwebs everywhere, lightbulbs out towels that are thread bear with holes. A hot tub that you could not sit in that smelled awful.

We had an amazing time! The amenities were great and the owners were so helpful. We can’t wait to return.

My family and I had an amazing stay. This cabin is in a great and quiet neighborhood that has good activities for young and old. The Lake House restaurant serves a delicious menu that is walking distance from the cabin. The property is well kept and offers amenities for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are very helpful, kind, and responsive to any concerns you may have. We will definitely return to stay here.

We had a wonderful family stay! House is perfect set up for families! It is clean and well equipped. We especially loved the ping pong in the garage on snowy days. Host is very responsive for all question. Thank you again. We will be back!

The home is nicely furnished and well maintained. We were impressed by the fully stocked appliances, the high-end Mtn bikes, and the Charmin. We had a great time biking through Sunriver and saw two otters and a huge herd of elk nearby. The games in the garage are fun and well cared for. My teen boys were impressed with the Xbox and enjoyed the secondary entertainment space over the garage….and we enjoyed them utilizing that space as well!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family plus friends Mount Bachelor ski trip. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. We had everything we needed to cook all week and the girls had so much fun with all the games in garage, the hot tub and fire pit. Thank you, we had a wonderful time

House was setup great for family vacations .. Hot tub not ready when we arrived but was promptly taken care of and ready for next day.. Really appreciated the quick results and we enjoyed the the hot tub ... Kids really liked the family7 room upstairs... Thanks so much for sharing your home and making our visit enjoyable

Eric and Emily were accommodating in every way we asked, communication was always immediate. The house is very nice with tons of amenities. We really enjoyed the old arcade games and the kitchen had a lot of what we needed to cook all of our meals for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for an extended family with ages 1-80. Room for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed cooking every night in the well appointed kitchen. The trails outside were pleasant to explore and it’s a short drive to other attractions like Sunriver, Bend, and Bachelor. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this house over Thanksgiving. Not only did it have everything we needed to make a thanksgiving diner, the owner was very responsive if we had any questions. We will definitely book again with them!

Our stay at this rental was incredible! The home, property, and its surrounding areas were clean, quiet, and beautiful. The home provides everything you would need for all ages. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms with necessities (even separate makeup towels), large living room with games and a piano, hot tub and fireplace, fire pit were great. The bikes and games available in the garage were entertaining. The food at the Lakehouse Restaurant was delicious and just a short walk from the cabin. We will definitely be back soon.

4 PGA Golf Pros came out to play in the Sr. Club Pro Championship. Calderra Springs is the nicest part of SunRiver. The house was perfect!

This is a beautiful home with everything we needed. Access to the pool and fitness center was an added benefit. The home was comfortable and in a great location. Would book it again when we return.
