Fabulous home, great set up and location.

House description is accurate. Can’t beat the location BUT the cleanliness of this house is lacking. Sand and dog hair everywhere and an overwhelming smell of dog urine. Ants in the downstairs bathroom. Highly recommend a different cleaning company.

Property is phenomenal. Everything you could need is in this beautiful and spacious home. The view is beathtaking and house is a home. We will come here again!

The property was exactly as advertised, and was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, and the property is centrally located very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beach sundry stores. Areca, the property manager, was attentive and very communicative. We will definitely be back again!

It was a nice home with lots of room. Great location near many conveniences. But … the water pressure in master suite was awful and took a good 2 minutes to get hot. Hot tub leaves a lot to be desired. And there were ants in the kitchen. Overall good experience but think it was overpriced for what it was.

Cannot beat the views! But the rooms and bathrooms are poorly designed and maintained. The hot tub did not stay hot, there was no grill brush, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen, and not enough deck chairs for a house that size

It’s a very beautiful home, I was just concerned about the mold in the air system, it was in every vent. Blacked mold is not good for anyone’s health. Luckily we only stayed there for a week but still. There was some stuff that was broken and the outside chairs were not the best but I understand why people who rent their homes don’t want to buy nicer things because people break them. Maybe also have stairs to the beach, I had elderly ladies with me and it was hard on them to get to the beach. We enjoyed the basketball court till the storm broke it.

The location of this property was perfect! Right on the beach, you can't beat that. The aesthetics of the property were underwhelming. Everything worked properly and there were plenty of kitchen necessities but the kitchen drawers were dirty and could use some attention. I guess the decor was just what we're not used to when spending this much money on a property. It was very dated for the most part and could use some updating in general. We had fun and I know the decor shouldn't matter when spending time with friends and family but when you're used to something more updated, it becomes a let down. The decks and chairs were amazing to spend time just watching the ocean and beach. There were many pluses with this beach front property as well.

We had an incredible stay! The house was extremely spacious everyone had their own room and bathroom, which made it so relaxing. The beds and sheets were clean, the kitchen and dining room were roomy, and there were even extra spaces we didn’t use, like the sunroom and cozy nooks. The master suite was my favorite waking up to the sunrise from the balcony while sipping coffee was a dream. The beach was just steps from the backyard, which made it easy to take our Husky, Aspen, out without worry (we just rinsed her paws after). We never even turned on the TV or used the hot tub because we were too busy enjoying the views and peaceful vibe. The only suggestion: more blankets would have been helpful. Everything worked great, and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. We’d absolutely return!

Six of us met at this house for Christmas and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect. The interior is also perfect for a group our size. Enough room so that no one feels cramped and a perfect living room, dining room, kitchen area. The host is really wonderful and answered all of our questions and is very friendly. Highly recommend this house!

There were several areas of uncleanliness. The bunk beds had dead bugs in them and the shower curtain had mold on the clear liner. The hot tub had black mold in it. None of the tv remotes had any batteries. Otherwise it was a beautiful home with amazing views!

Amenities and location are excellent. I don't understand the childrens toilets as they are not made for adults

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house is comfortable and is perfect for family gatherings. The location of the house is also ideal. Our host was attentive and responsive to our questions. We would choose this house again. Thank you!

We had a great vacation here. Pigeons are a real problem, however.
