Accommodating up to 85 guests in beds (with a max occupancy of 100), buy-out reservations are the ideal haven for large gatherings. The main floor's kitchen, dining, and living areas provide a lake view oasis, with captivating vistas through expansive great room windows. Equipped with two full kitchens and engaging activities such as double shot basketball, ping pong, foosball, pool table, and a forty-five-seat theater room! while a gas fireplace graces the lower living area. The private lawn, fire pit, driveway basketball stand, and main-level balcony enhance your connection to the outdoors. Multiple options for gathering, both indoor and outdoor, ensure cherished memories.

Need accommodations for an even larger group Our multiple event rooms are ready to host your grand gathering. Welcome to an unforgettable Bear Lake retreat at Sunrise Resort. Epic Getaways & Retreats also hosts several neighboring condos if additional accommodations are needed.

Guests who reserve the resort for a minimum stay of 3 nights will receive a $100 voucher per night for rentals at any of Epic Recreation's four convenient locations around Bear Lake. One of the most-loved uses is an Epic Beach Day at our North Beach and Hot Springs location where you will enjoy beach chairs, tents, and reserved beach space at the water's edge.
