Sunrise Point: New Oceanfront Luxury Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sunrise Point in Inlet Harbor community. The views were stunning. Ample room for our family. We loved the ice machine in the laundry room, nice extra! Only issues we experienced were the AC unit on the 2nd floor as not working when we arrived and the temperature reached 90 plus degrees. I'm sure the cleaning cre2 knew this but didn't report it. It was eventually fixed the 2nd . The other issue was the tv in the downstairs king bedroom didn't work. We didn't realize this until Thursday. Lastly, the owner knocked on the door and while courteous, he wanted to get some beach chairs to sit on the beach with in eyesight of the deck. It was a bit unsettling. We know the HOA supposedly bans golf carts we saw several during the course of the week. We would have enjoyed having one. As usual Bask Away properties are exceptional. We will be looking for next year's rental. 😊

The views are spectacular, and you could spend hours in the comfy chairs on the massive deck simply enjoying the sounds and the sights. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is not well stocked or organized and there is no pantry space. The outdoor areas could benefit from cleaning, both the pool area and the garage space under the home. There were also some spiders and palmetto bugs (which after a quick call, service arrived promptly). We cannot say enough great things about Bask and the service and quality of care displayed. While this home is starting to show its age, we absolutely love it.

Six ladies rented the house and we had an awesome time on what seemed like our private beach! The home had more amenities than we could’ve asked for. We loved the spacious den and everyone had their own bed and television if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch overlooking the ocean. We had no complaints and were grateful for the help ‘Faith’ provided when we had a question. We’ll definitely be back again!

While the management team made attempts to correct most problems, I do think the property was neglected. The location is beautiful but we were disappointed that we had to deal with so many maintenance issues during our stay.

Location is beautiful. The location of the home is wonderful. The house needs some work. It was infested with cockroaches. They sent someone out to spray, but we still seen a ton after that. The pillows were old, the garbage disposal didn’t work and smelled up the house, black mold upstairs around the vent in the master bathroom. The cleanliness was poor. The place was below par for the price, to say the least. The home has so much potential, but desperately needs work.

This house has a lot of room! We loved that every bedroom had a view of the ocean, and its own bathroom. This house is located at the point so it is secluded and private! It was very windy, so definitely bring your sweatshirts and take advantage of the mornings on the beach because by lunch time it gets very windy! We would definitely return again!

It has been a real gift to our family to come here once every fall for four straight years and we will be returning next year for our fifth. It’s a wonderful property with such a relaxed setting and beautiful natural aesthetics. We simply love it!
