The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and cable and features a gas fireplace, perfect for staying cozy during winter stays! Doors and windows open right up to the patio and Mission Bay and the boardwalk, perfect people watching!
You’ll find both guest-rooms and the guest bath with a standing shower on the first floor as well. The first guest room has a queen bed. The second guest room also has a queen bed.
The master bedroom suite occupies the entire second floor. With a king-size bed and wall to wall windows overlooking the bay, you will never want to leave! The master bath has a separate standing shower and soaking tub as well. You will love how big this space is, great for parents with little ones to be together. There are two XL Twin folding cots for kids or more guests. There is also a private balcony perfect for watching the magnificent sunrises over the bay.
Some extra features of this unit that will make for an awesome vacation are the dual pane windows that will make it quiet and cozy for your vacation nights and the rare beach feature of A/C will keep you cool while you sleep the night away.
The garage fits one car, has a washer and dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even beach toys!
If you have a car, you will appreciate the convenience of the extra parking space that can accommodate larger vehicles. This feature is especially desirable in a neighborhood like Mission Beach, where parking for large vehicles can sometimes be a challenge.

Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.
NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.
Damages: Renter will leave property in good order.
Damage Fee does not cover excessive cleaning; including but not limited to overflowing trash, carpet or upholstery steam cleaning, Linen Damage (Sheets, Blankets and Comforters damaged from, but not limited to, tearing, food, blood or other bodily fluids and will incur full replacement value charges) or damage due to pets, parties or excessive guests in the unit.
If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater.If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.
Check in / Check out:
Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee.
If available, early check-in/late check-out fee is $250.
Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.

Waking up to the sunrise over the bay was perfect. We could watch sailboats and windsurfers gliding across the water and small flocks of shorebirds running along the beach at the waterline. And in the evening, a two-minute walk took us to the ocean where we could watch the sunset. Everything during our stay was wonderful.
We have stayed in many rentals in San Diego and this is one of my favorites. The location can't be beat. It was perfect for our family of 7.
Everyone agreed that our week long family get together at Mission Bay was great. The house was perfect for our needs and very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, sand toys, etc. I really appreciated the very well thought out, clear instructions for everything. Check in and check out was easy. The parking for our van and another car was a big bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized. The location on the bay is quiet, peaceful and a great place to relax and the excitement of the ocean side is a short walk away. Communication with Cindy was easy, efficient and we hope to return someday.
Super clean condo, in a nice quiet location, had everything you could possibly need to cook with. Very nice comfortable beds. The beach gear was an added bonus. We used the bikes everyday. Would for sure stay here again.
My husband and I live in San Diego andmy family flew in from Texas and we wanted a spot right on the water. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and I think is much bigger than the pictures show. The master suite is a dream. It was perfectly located and the bayside boardwalk was much calmer than the ocean side which we preferred with (2) under 2 y/o. We are already debating on booking again for next summer!
Everything was exactly as described. No issues or complaints amd it worked out great for our family. Would book again!
The house location and layout was perfect for our family. We brought our two kids and grandma and grandpa joined too!
House was perfect for a birthday weekend! We had one issue with a broken appliance. The agent had it fixed within two hours of us reporting it. We highly recommend this property!
We loved staying here. I loved that I could send the kids out to play on the beach and not have to worry. The Bay water was calm, so I felt safe sending them out there. We were able to walk to the Ocean side and they played in the waves for hours. The kids loved all the water and beach toys. Everywhere we went was a 20 minute or less drive. Cindy was awesome at answering all of our questions. The house was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say is I wish there was more counter space or shelving in the main floor bathroom.
House was as advertised. Has everything a family could want or need for the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with. We loved it so much we extended 1 more day. We will be back!
First, the location of this house cannot be beat. You have a great view of the bay and it's a less than 5 minute walk to the Ocean side. We were regretting not bringing a wagon (which would have been difficult since we flew down) but the house was so close it wasn't a big deal. We've stayed on the Ocean side before and think we will stay on the Bay side from now on. It's much quieter, and you can even see the fireworks from Sea World at night on weekends while comfortably sitting on the porch. The communication with Cindy was very good. We received all the information we needed to know for a successful check-in. Our first morning waking up in the house there was a power outage in the neighborhood for a few hours (not a big deal, we were leaving the house anyways), Cindy made sure it was reported and checked in with us to ensure it was turned back on. The house has the ideal set-up to host a family. The Master suite was large enough that our 5 year old was comfortable able to sleep there on the provided (and very comfortable) extra cot. My parents slept in the extra bedroom downstairs and found it very comfortable. Our youngest slept in the provided pack-n-play in the third bedroom, next to the garage. This room does get a little warmer than the other rooms at night, so would recommend using the provided fan in the closet. Also, having AC in the house was a great perk as it's normally not available in houses in this area. The house also provided plenty of beach toys and other beach equipment- everything we would need. There were also nice bikes available but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. Overall would definitely stay here again and will be checking to see if this property is available for our next trip to SD!
The property was quiet, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! Its was easy to walk to stores, restaurants, Belmont Park and the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes along the boardwalk. The wifi worked great and it was very easy to get an Uber within minutes. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Awesome property at an awesome location. Right in the heart of Mission Bay and within walking distance to numerous restaraunts and bars and mini-markets. Easy freeway access to get you to all the San Diego sights. Bayside beach right outside your patio that is a safe and calm area to relax and watch the kids play and swim. Short walk to the ocean side beach for fun in the surf. House had all the supplies to get you started on your trip and had a LOT of toys in the garage for beach, play, bicycles, chairs and more. Laundry and garage parking on site. We were able to get 4 midsize cars, suvs parked at the house easily and stay within all the lines. So good for day visitors to come as well. Great house that we would not hesitate to book again in the future.
The house was clean and comfortable. However, upon arrival the entire livingroom carpet was very wet. For the price per night we paid that is just unexceptable. The property manager did respond quickly. They placed two noisy large blowers that had to run for 2 days to dry the carpet. Again unexceptable. Also I need to point out that this property is listed as Water Front. While it is on the water and there is a beach. There is no swimming in the water at this location.

Great place that is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee places and right on the bay. House is very clean, comfortable and is well stocked for you to have a great vacation. Really appreciate the bikes that were used each day, as well. Thank you!
