Stayed Aug 1, 2025Neighborhood could come across as sketch… but we didn’t run into any problems. It’s a quick drive to Gaslamp and the beach. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The back patio was nice and playing mini golf was fun. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but it looked lovely. My friends let me know that the front bathroom tub was slow to drain and the bed in the bungalow was as a bit stiff. From the master bedroom, the street noise was pretty loud so I would suggest ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Overall my friends and I had a great time. I would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Overall, our stay was excellent. The place was clean, super cute, and had all the amenities listed. The check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. It is on a busier residential street and driving off the freeway to the house, the neighborhood looked a little questionable. But we never felt unsafe. Host was very responsive with all questions we had. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Stayed Sep 4, 2024The host, Chris, was phenomenal to work with. The home was immaculate, easily accommodated our group of 9 and we all enjoyed the outside space! We came for our son's Marine Corps graduation from MCRD. The base was only a 10 minute drive and there were several food ordering options around that door dash had to us in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend and appreciate Chris and will absolutely use his home again!
