SunnySide Getaway <15mins from beach/Dtown/airport

The house was clean, neat, roomy, and comfortable. The host Sonny was very accommodating and responsive. We were just there for one night before boarding a cruise ship. It was perfect for our needs.

I had such an amazing time! Sony is an outstanding host. I would definitely recommend for booking!! I know we will again!

Nice home, quite neighborhood

This house was perfect, check in was smooth and easy. Host was very quick at responding to questions. Very clean and organized. Close to all the great spots in Fort Lauderdale. I definitely would recommend to my family and friends who need a great place to stay while hanging out in Fort Lauderdale.

The check in was very easy, contacting the owner was not hard. When we first arrived we wanted to check the place out. We found the living room couch was broken and trash was under it. It looked as if had never been moved to clean. Started looking in the bedrooms and found on of the folding doors was broken out of the tract. It almost fell out on my wife when she opened it. In the bedroom with the trundle bed, I pulled it out and could not believe what I found. There was a sock and a tampax. There is no excuse for this because who ever made the bed would have seen them. The landscape had not been touched in a very long time. In the back yard was a shed and behind it was a large broken mirror all over the ground. This was not an issue, because I was not traveling with small children. I could see a child wanted to play n the backyard and finding the broken mirror.If this place was taken better care of it would be an ok place to stay. The house has normal wear and tear as to be expected, but I will never return to it and I can’t recommend it!

It's a super chill and cozy place. The neighborhood is awesome. Plus, there's a playground nearby that my kids loved.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The two things that kept it from excellent for me… wasNo washer and dryer access and unfortunately, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the house. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Everybody enjoyed the home and they had everything we needed and it look just like the picture and they got back to me right away only wish bedding wasn't as firm other then that it was by everything we wanted to go to food shopping beach etc

Stayed two nights. It is definitely an established neighborhood. No condos or such. It is centrally located to beaches and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet

Very close for what we needed and very responsive host. House was perfect for our short stay had everything we needed.

Neighborhood was very sketchy. Many outlets not working. Master bedroom fan and light not working. Shower has very low water pressure in master. TV in secondary bedroom didn't work. Not worth the .

The house is nice. I would never say that it sleeps 10 comfortably. The futon was miserable for those who alternated sleeping on it. The bed/trundle, from what I was told, was also very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I never have stayed at a Vrbo where we could not have access to the washer/dryer. That was shocking. The host was wonderful despite not allowing us to use the washer. He was quite attentive and quick to respond.

Last month was my birthday and I was feeling the pressure of work. Me and my family had been through so much in the last month. From both my son's being hospitalized at the same time. We just wanted to get away. The house was just as described. Very roomy!! Extremely clean!! We didn't want to leave. Everything was ?

The property was exactly as described, It was clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The unique charm of the place made my trip even more special. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The home was located in a good spot to get to the convention center as well as the beach.
