Sunny Waveland Home Rental w/ Pool: Walk to Beach!

Beautiful home that was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable, nice kitchen( lots of pots, but needed more dishes)TV’s in every room with a really big one in living room. Big dining room table which is not always available in rentals. Beach could not be seen from the house, but it was a short walk and one street to cross. The beaches of waveland are very quiet and clean- beautiful! There is also a sidewalk all along the beach that we walked on everyday. Waveland is a nice, small town with good restaurants and a few shops. You are also very near the bigger and busier Bay St Louis. This was a great place for a family gathering in a quiet dead end neighborhood. We want to come back in the summer because there was an above ground pool!

No heating and AC in one bedroom and the bunk beds in another bedroom amounted to a toy with air matresses. Did not sleep the entire family as advertised. Very disappointed in sleeping capacity. Cleanliness was marginal. Request partial refund based on misadvertisement.

Loved our vacation! House was beautiful. We were close enough to enjoy all of the attractions but far enough away that we also enjoyed some quiet & relaxing down time too.

It was a very nice property for my family. We enjoyed the pool and patio area. The indoor space gave us plenty of room to gather, and/or spread out when needed! I would definitely recommend this home.

We had a very relaxing spring break. The beach was a short walk and we almost always had it all to ourselves (mid March). The sand was beautiful, though the beach itself and the water aren’t all that pretty. The home was very clean and comfortable with lots of spots to relax, nap, read, and somewhere for all family members to enjoy. We also loved the extended long table where we did puzzles and played games every night. Our only complaint was that the bugs on property (NOT in the house) were really bad. I don’t know that anything could be done but it made sitting outside impossible and we are all covered in bug bites from our time in/by the pool. I think the no-see-em bugs were just really bad at the time we were there and again I am not sure if spraying the exterior would help that which is why we still give it 5 stars. Overall, we had a great time. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and quaint. The small town nearby had cute shops and food options, along with a great coffee shop. And we were close enough for a short drive to New Orleans. We’d definitely recommend it as a spot to get away and recharge!

The house was beautiful with everything you would need for a family get together. Unfortunately, the “sand(?)” fleas in the yard and downstairs entertainment area under the house were so bad we could not use after the first couple of days. The high grass and weeds in the yard also made it unusable for us. Since we live in Michigan, we were looking forward to spending time outside.

The property was clean and within walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The property was exactly as advertised.

Went for my 40th bday. The house was plenty big and beautiful and very clean. We had a great time and only 3miles from bay St. Louis.

We enjoyed very much our stay! This is a beautiful house, very clean and new, loved the beach decor, coffee area, and games by the pool area. We even got a gift bag to take home! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house with great open living room, which was a perfect gathering place for six adults and our toddlers to have plenty of room to run and play. Easy walk to the beach and great pool setup for hotter days. Listing states three full bathrooms, but there are two full bathrooms and two half baths. Overall it was a great stay

Great property

The property is exactly as described in the photos and held our large group perfectly. The main living area is massive with a couch that could seat 10 people comfortably. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, pool was great when we wanted to hang around the house. 10/10 would stay here again.

The property was as described. Very spacious and we enjoyed the pool and bottom outdoor space. The street is very quiet and a short walk to the beach.
