Stayed Jul 12, 2025We all had a great time, the house was clean, the bedrooms were all fine, the layout of the house was great for entertainment. Courtney was so helpful with all my questions and got back to you promptly. The pond was also nice.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and had lots of options for our extended family vacation with ages from 4 to 92. We took advantage of the kayaks on the pond and the pool table in the basement. Courtney at Select real estate and the owner were very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of issues on our first day there. It is a beautiful spot to spend with family on the pond. Would definitely return again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022Absolutely incredible home and location. You can feel the family spirit within the house. Had an amazing time with 3 generations of my family. We kayaked, fished and just took in the most spectacular views I’ve ever seen. Close to North Conway too for those that are looking for something in that area. Would 100% stay there again.

The view is absolutely wonderful. The house is very roomy and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home. The location is close to town but far enough away to be private. The realty office were very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022The ease of staying directly on the pond was well worth it. Plenty of kayaks, canoes and outdoor gear. House is dated but clean and extremely well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

House is very clean, convenient and spacious enough for the party of 8 adults. Location on the lake is magnificent. In case you get few rainy days there are plenty of games to keep everybody busy.
