Sunny, spacious, family-friendly beach house minutes from all OOB offers

This was a great property for a large family that has no mobility issues. The host was easy to communicate with before and throughout the stay. Beds were comfortable. Having to provide my own linens, make the beds, and set up window, AC unit after a long day of travel was tiring, but once all of that was done, our family had a very nice time. Old Orchard Beach is a fun location to visit.

Great spot for a fun weekend with friends. Walking distance to beach. Fun house with small yard and game room which really adds to the property and gave us a place to hangout and entertain ourselves when bad weather came through. We had a really good time at this property and would book again.

Spacious, well-stocked home in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the game room and fenced, grassy area with fire pit. The house could use some TLC but otherwise great rental.

Great week at our home away from home, as always. We love this house, it's perfect for us. Has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Lior is a great host and very responsive to anything that comes up. The internet went out with some weather and Lior had it up and running within an hour of us contacting him. Can't wait for next year!

This property is exactly as described on the VRBO website, it was clean and perfect for our family of 9. So much room, house is stocked with everything you need even beach things like chairs and a wagon which came in extremely handy. Just a short walk away from all the activity at the center of town. Communication with the owner was great, always just a text away and always making sure we were happy with the accommodations. Thank you for sharing your house with others.

The house was perfect for my 8 friends. Plenty of room, yard was great for Cornhole and the game room was fun. Walking distance to downtown was easy. Lior communicated with me throughout and we would recommend this house for summer trips to OOB. Thank you!

Short walk to the beach, beds were comfortable. Love that it’s dog friendly… the internet went out and my husband reached out and everything was sorted very quickly! Very responsive!

The layout of the house was perfect for a family of 2 couples and 2 singles, all 21+ and 3 dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pans, and gadgets that we needed. 2 full bathrooms was a definite plus. The yard and game garage were bonuses. The location to the beach was a good hike, so we didn't feel guilty about all the ice cream! We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

We had family throughout the week and there was great space for everyone. Walk to the beach and pier were close. Neighbors were so nice and quiet

Owner was responsive and attentive, the location was great, just a short walk to beach. The layout was great for families, the detached game room is a huge bonus! Only thing is because of the proximity to street, you can get some loud people walking by later at night depending on where you are in the house.
