Great location, plenty of space

Perfect spot, super close to the beach and a short walk to downtown activity. We had 8 people in our group and the house was the right size for everyone to have their own space.

This property is a rare find in OOB - we are happy to have had the opportunity to stay and really couldn't ask for a nicer location just out of the noise and close to beach - teens loved the basement - hope to come back again!

I had no problems renting the property. Homeowners were very welcoming and easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

Nothing bad here this is a gem.

Close to all attractions. Was able to walk to restaurants, amusements and beach. Even had a local breakfast place 2 minutes away. House had very nice family area. We played cards while kids watched movies. Laundry area allowed us to keep fresh clothes on a daily basis.

I hesitate writing this because I want to keep this rental to myself, but this house was fantastic. With all things COVID, I brought my own cleaners to do a deep clean before my family touched anything, but we walked in and everything was immaculate. The house is comfortable, bright, and well-cared for with enough space for 2 sometimes-grumpy teens to spread out, although you may be able to fit 1-2 more. You are close enough to the beach to hear the waves through the open windows and feel a sea breeze throughout the night. The pier is a short walk away, although most nights we preferred to play cards on the front porch after eating outside in the back. I feel really lucky to have found this place and wish the owners the best. We hope to be back next year!!!!

This property was great for our annual family vacation. Owners were responsive and the house had everything we needed.
