Sunny Snowbird's Retreat w/ Lake Havasu Views!

From the moment you turn the corner and drive on the street you can see this house is in a great neighborhood. Then as you walk inside you’re greeted by an amazing view of the lake and open concept kitchen, dining and living space! The living room is thoughtfully designed with dual sectionals for a comfortable layout. You can tell the owners took pride in the finishes and decor of the house. Very spacious.

Excellent! Could of used a couple more lounge chairs by the pool and the guest bedroom was missing remote for TV.

We enjoyed our stay, we were hoping to swim in pool but not heated, because electric. Would prefer a place with pool heated anytime of the year. Hot tub very small, an upgrade on hot tub would be nice. The house was beautiful, clean and nice area. The owners very responsive & helpful

We have stayed in many VRBO homes over the past years and this was one of the best supplied homes. In the past we have had to buy locally everything from paper goods, laundry soaps, dish soaps, storage bags, aluminum foil, toilet tissue, etc. This Owner supplied all that and more, even down to coffee. There were even spices in the cupboard. That made our stay much more pleasant.The home was very clean and well maintained. Even the gas grill was clean and ready for use.We defintely will try to stay there again if we come back to Lake Havasu.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is beautiful and so cozy. We had everything we needed and took full advantage of making several meals in the spacious kitchen. We enjoyed much needed time relaxing on the patio. Views are stunning, especially the sunsets. We will definitely be booking this home again when we return to Lake Havasu.

The home was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains and lake from our patio. Our host was just a phone call away and he welcomed us, left us suggestions for restaurants and fixed any problem we encountered .

We loved our stay at Sunny Snowbird’s Retreat! The host, was incredibly communicative and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house was beautiful and comfortable. It's a short drive to the London Bridge and the neighborhood was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!.

The kitchen had anything you would need, including some extra coffee. The view of the city and river were beautiful.

2nd year in a row staing here for Super Cat Fest. Quiet location with a nice view and parking for a big boat.

Very quiet and nice neighborhood on the golf course. Close to shopping, groceries and various things to do.

Check in was a breeze and the property manager was an excellent communicator. The home was super clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with dishes, small appliances, linens, spices, soaps etc. We have stayed in many homes and I think this is the first one that had quality toilet paper and real Kleenex. (We usually bring tissue with us because this has never happened. lol)The view from the livingroom/kitchen area is INCREDIBLE! The patio, pool area is beautiful. We spent so much time out there. One of the mornings we were out there drinking coffee and there were three hot air balloons drifting right across from us, above the neighborhoods below.The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower and a garden tub. We hated to leave and will definitely try to come back. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us.
