Stayed Jul 2, 2025We loved staying here. You could see fireworks PERFECTLY from 3rd balcony. Security was everywhere & made us feel safe. Kids were able to enjoy riding & walking the neighborhood. We loved that the back of the house was right at the pool.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The property was very nice and in a great, convenient location. However, a few things were a bit frustrating. The pool area was often crowded, and unless you arrived right when it opened, finding an available chair was nearly impossible. There were also quite a few strict pool rules—for example, no beverages allowed within four feet of the pool, and a mandatory 10-minute adult swim every hour where children under seven had to exit the pool, which was a bit of a letdown for the kids.Additionally, this was the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at where we were expected to purchase our own additional supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap. When we asked about this, Southern Rentals informed us that they only provide an initial supply, and guests are responsible for the rest. One good thing is there is security everywhere, so feeling safe was awesome. Despite those minor inconveniences, overall, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.
