“Sunny Retreat” Pool & mini Golf

We recently stayed at this home for five days. Overall, it was excellent! Pros:1.The house is a great location. We drove 30-45 minutes to Busch Gardens, Treasure Island Beach, and downtown Tampa Lightning game. 2.The house is five minutes from a Walmart, Walgreens, Aldi, Target, and Whole Foods.3.The pool is great! It’s clean!4.The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, large full-length mirror, and hairdryer.5.The kitchen is newly remodeled with beautiful cabinets, sink, countertops, and appliances.6.Check-in was easy. The code on the door gets you in and out no problem.Things to be aware of:1.You don’t have access to the laundry room. This was tough for us, because we stayed there five days and had sweaty clothes, beach towels, and pool towels.2.The house sleeps 10, but there are only 8 total bath towels, 3 hand towels, and no face cloths in the entire house. All guests need to reuse their bath towels for the duration of the stay. 3.The house doesn’t have pot holders, kitchen towels, a corkscrew, or scissors. The kitchen is otherwise well stocked.4.The coffeemaker requires ground coffee.5.The AC/Heat dial is under a locked box. 6.There are no sheets or blankets for the twin-size trundle beds. Those people in our party used a couple beach towels for their linens. We searched in every closet to no avail. Overall, GREAT HOUSE.

I'd stay again. Just as advertised

This property was in a great location! And the house had a perfect layout! We celebrated Christmas with my family. The backyard is so big and private we had a hibachi chef come cook on Christmas Eve!! The living room was perfect for opening all Christmas gifts and then the dining area was perfect for Christmas brunch! We had a great time and the best part was also the host! So accommodating and such quick response! Book this property to celebrate birthdays, thanksgiving, Christmas or just to celebrate getting away and enjoying Tampa!

Our family stayed in this house during thanksgiving for 3 days . We feel the pictures were outdated and there is definitely wear and tear. We expected a high standard of cleanliness and unfortunately we found dust in fans , ac vents and mold in grout in master bathroom. We did bring it up to the host and hopefully the grout will be replaced promptly. Bedroom were comfortable and plenty of towels supplied. Overall enjoyed our stay.

So nice! Host was very helpful. Location was amazing and neighborhood was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

Big, clean and quiet home with 4 adult size bedrooms. Perfect for golf trips. Large kitchen w/ island and a screened in porch plus an outdoor covered area. Pool was great for cooling off after hot days on the course.

This was a great place, and the host was so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had to evacuate to this home from the coast for hurricane Milton. Our hostess was very caring and responded to every request. House was beautifully decorated. One main living area, nice and cozy kitchen, and adorable backyard, which was nice to have for the dog. Her host even brought us water and snacks when the power went out.Wish we could’ve enjoyed it more, but this house stayed solid and kept us safe from hurricane Milton!
