Sunny Palms at Warm Sands - Designer Pool Home

Great location. Comfortable beds. Great house layout. Love the pool and outdoor space. We barbecued and ate dinner outdoors every night with a gorgeous view of the mountains in the background. Management company is very communicative. Will definitely stay again.

This is a nice place to stay. The location is great. Pool and outdoor spaces are wonderful to be able to be outside. The only downside is if you are spending any time in the house, the furniture is not the most comfortable. It meets the mid-century vibe of Palm Springs, but it is not the best to actually sit on. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Property was just fine. No warm/hot water in the master bathroom, which was a downside. Gate codes for driveway gate take forever to work, as well as the garage opener to get the gate to work.

More than I could have dreamed of...the house was perfection inside and out. My only comment is the master bath shower HAS to be replaced. It was mentioned in the notes for the house that it was complicated and they weren't kidding - there is no way to turn it on without getting completely soaked. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thanks for making my vacation with my family a wonderful memory to cherish.

Acme property management was excellent and very responsive to service requests. Home is in need of overall maintenance and refreshing. Kitchen ceiling fan didn't work (service repair needed to order parts, should've been found by housekeeping), we recommend a binder with printed instructions, outdoor space was ok,(not as fresh and bright as online pics) and not sufficient landscape lighting, amenities and bath/bedding less than luxury. It's a cute house, but price doesn't align with online impression. Important to note; neighborhood is not 'renter' friendly and greatly limits entertaining (totally understand but read fine print and details re fines).

I brought my wife to Palm Springs for her birthday with another couple. This house was perfect for our trip. The views were incredible and it was extremely accessible to town for dinner, shopping, hiking, etc.

This house is amazing! The location is perfect and so private. It is so close to downtown and to everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything we could have ever needed and more. Comfortable beds and the master shower is so luxurious. We loved the pool and yard and spent most of our time there. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the spa was never got really warm even after we decided to pay extra for the heat. The heat did help to warm the pool up to a perfect temperature though. Adding on the heat is highly recommended, we did not realize how cool the desert can be this time of year after the sun goes down. We also were so happy that the house is pet friendly as we love taking the fur babies on vacation with us.

We booked a 2 night stay at this property. What I thought would be an easy booking process turned out to be the opposite. After you book thru VRBO you then get to spend more time reading thru strict addendums and sending in pics so the rental company can verify its really you. Got it did my part then I get a missed call from Christina leaves a VM and then texts that I need to resend my pics. She gets my name wrong on the text, I corrected her then I call her because I wanted to try to cancel but she informed me I couldnt, they were yet to confirm my reservation. I called and she gets my name wrong again. She giggles (dont know what was so funny) very unproffessional. All of a sudden she says ill show my supervisor and im sure he will approve them. Like what! Finally the reservation was confirmed the next day. Check in was easy. House felt good,ac blasting. House was clean. Checked outside, furniture had bird poop. A nice wash down before we arrived woulda been nice. Not my responsibilty to call it in to get it done. I want to enjoy my paid time there. The pool water was warm but thats outta there control, next day was cooler. The master shower was a nightmare. It was not a regular shower and there was no manual provided. My husband and I were scolded by 110°water. Called in emergency hotline and nobody knew how to turn it off. Luckily my husband figured it out. Did not use it for the rest of our stay. Property Manager did not reach out to apologize. Will not stay heragain!
