Sunny Outlook | 98 ft from the Beach | Private Pool, Hot Tub | Kitty Hawk

The beds were squeaky, but comfortable. When we arrived one of the twins were out of the track but I was able to fix it. One of the chairs upstairs had two legs that were bent in. The company offered to come fix it but we opted to just not use it. There is a rug in the living room that was permanently rolled up and the kids kept tripping over it. We blocked it with 2 chairs. One of the metal chairs upstairs had a loose piece that will eventually come loose and be a hazard. We had littles so we had to hide that chair. The dining room chairs are wicker in the seat and I didn’t realize it but they snagged 2 pairs of my pants. It was also cold and no one knew where the thermostats were (one was on the third floor and we finally found one for the second level…none for the bottom level…thankfully we did have an extra blanket to throw on our beds). They should be marked a little clearer. Overall it was a great place for us….just some minor issues. The walk to the beach was close…especially with 4 littles 2 and under, a 5 year old, and an 11 year old. The hot tub was nice but could be a little hotter…we tried to adjust but it never got over 99. It is on a busy road. Again all of this was minor. We enjoyed the house!!!!

Beach view was obstructed because house was across the street. House was clean however very few amenities such as toiletries provided, more towels needed. Patio light was out. One of the rooms toilet did not work. The Thanksgiving meal was ruined due to oven not working properly. Only the top top burner worked which caused the turkey to burn. Breakfast the next day took two hours to cook bacon. Maintenance was notified and the service tech came out the next day. He assessed the issues and said he would send out the repair guy, who never showed the additional two days we were there.

House was very nice and clean. Would love to stay again.

Great location and ocean views from top 2 floors. Very easy check in and out process. House was clean upon arrival.We did not use the hot tub, pool, or their outdoor facilities. Plenty of room and great floor lay outs!

Beautiful views. However disappointed gas fireplace not working. Was definitely cold enough to have enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home is very spacious and has everything you need for a great week at the beach. The kitchen table is large and seated our entire family. The check in process was seamless and the home was beautiful. Hot tub and pool were great as we had some windy weather on the beach.

The house in a great location, but it was dirty. I think they changed the sheets and that was it. There was blood in the bathroom and on a comforter, there were hair balls, my baby found an old dorito, all the corners had dust and bugs, all the fans and baseboards had a TON of very visible dust, there were ants gathered where food dropped by the table, our feet were black night one, mold in all the caulking in the showers, there was food splashes on the kitchen walls cabinets and backsplash, toilets and sinks were very sub par cleaned, and the list goes on. The pool also had a leak so we had to fill it every day to be above the filter line meaning it wasn’t filtering out bugs and was cold and the chemicals were off. The rental company was nice and sent someone else to clean right away but it was too much for one girl. i called again and the manager came out to clean more but at this point we felt gross and not comfortable living there. It tainted our stay. Oh and it smelled bad. I think they only surface clean if that. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful house

Beautiful place to stay had an amazing time there with friends and family

This house is in a great location with beautiful views. We had two issues: 1) Unfortunately we had hurricane force winds in May and I specifically got a house with a gas fireplace in case it was still cool. Well, the fireplace NEVER worked and we had multiple texts and calls with Outerbanks Blue the management company. They should've immediately rectified the situation which they NEVER did. Granted you can't control the weather but if you're going to advertise a WORKING GAS FIREPLACE, then IT SHOULD BE WORKING! It was so cold, even with the heat blasting in the main room (many windows being hit by gale-force wind and rain) where the 8 of us tried to gather for family time, since we couldn't go outside. Only the bedrooms were warm. 2) The other issue is that the beds (we had all adult couples) were very hard and noisy. When one would roll over the other person would wake up from the noise.

The property was fabulous- kitchen well stocked; beautiful view . Super clean!
