I enjoyed my stay! Great location. Lovely private backyard and neighborhood. Would liked a dresser, and some fluffier pillows but overall comfortable.

The location was very convenient to Dundee wineries, and just a short drive from Carlton and McMinville. We were offered early check-in when it was ready, and late check-out for a fee. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house was very clean and inviting. Our only issue was the garage. We have a Honda Accord and it was almost 2 ft. Too long to close the garage door. Only a compact or mini would fit in the garage. The listing said 2 cars could park in the driveway, but really only one car would easily fit.We would recommend the property if the parking issue isn’t a problem for you.

It seems that perhaps the reviews for this house on the Vacasa site are fake/AI generated. Almost every review uses similar words and descriptions. We found this rental to be fine, it provided a place to sleep and a kitchen, but the location was really not what we excepted. The house is in a run down residential cul de sac which is quiet but the houses all have junk out in the lawns and you feel a little unwelcome pulling up. Outside of the house the lawn and plants were all dead, the entry from the driveway/street parking is blocked by plants. The interior of the house was clean but very cheaply constructed. The appliances were all cheap, the toilet seat in the main bathroom broke after the first night and the second bathroom was dark and dingy. We would definitely not stay here again unfortunately. It did not meet the typical quality of every other home we’ve stayed in this area.

The instructions for door code weren’t available ahead of time. This is a split level, which I wasn’t expecting and it had an odd smell. The neighborhood was noisy at night and the neighbors kept “tuning up” motorcycles well past 10 pm. The house was clean and affordable.

The house had really small bathrooms. It was sooo hard to get into the house we had to call and difficult to come and go. The lock needs to be changed to a more friendly lock. When we called the directions were difficult to followThere needs to be a small garbage can in every room, and a larger one in the bathroom. There was no Kleenex to be found any where. There was no laundry soap even though there was a box that said complimentary laundry soap. The refrigerator ice maker was not connected. There was no guidance for using tv remote controls. We finally just used Pluto. Recycle cans need to be labeled.

My friends and I had a great stay! We had plenty of space and enjoyed hanging out in the living room as we recapped our day. The beds were comfy and we loved the close proximity to the Wood Heart restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed a long weekend in Williamette Valley with our daughter and her spouse. This house was very clean, which is the most important thing to us when choosing a VRBO. Location is convenient to several nice tasting rooms within walking distance and is a very short drive to several scenic wineries. We loved Winderlea that’s very nearby. We didn’t cook at all, so I honestly can’t speak to the quality of cookware - but we enjoyed the coffee maker, tea pot and clean appliances. The photos don’t really show it but there are two living spaces, one in front and another in the back of the guise. This is a great space for kids to watch a movie, or in my case to take an early morning conference call without waking others in our group. Comfy beds, nice linens. The second bathroom is tiny, but lots of hot water even for 4 showers in a short time, and good water pressure. We’d absolutely return and hope to enjoy the lovely backyard when it’s not raining, as it was on our trip. We had a great meal at the Social Goods in Newberg at a great price; also, the Newburgian that was more expensive but very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space for our family and the toys, games, and portable crib were great touches that the kids in our group enjoyed.

First of all, the house was very clean inside and had everything we needed, but the outside did not look like the picture. The yard was unkempt and the siding seemed dirty. We had a really hard time with the code and had to have it reset twice while we waited outside. The neighborhood was a little rough. When we pulled in one night some neighbors were hiding in the bushes. We found out they were clipping the lavender bushes, which left us feeling unsettled. All in all, it was comfortable inside and gave us an affordable place to stay in Dundee.
