The Dundee Hills Bungalow is one of the finest properties in the Willamette Valley wine country region. The layout is bright and open with countless floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views while bathing the space in natural light. Two decks, each with twelve foot sliding door access. Each of the decks provide a perfect blend of furnished comfort and style while enjoying gorgeous vineyard, region, and cascade mountain views. Enjoy the warmth and ambience of the gas fire-table. r>

This superbly designed modern duplex home greets you with an open floor plan, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and gourmet kitchen (island seating for 8) This is a fully equipped home with gorgeous finishes and quality furniture. Rich use of solid natural woods including hemlock, oak, walnut, and custom craftsmanship are throughout. The Bungalow is one side of a duplex but feels like a separate home.. The walls separating these two living areas are double walled and insulated to ensure superb sound suppression, including two sets of sealed solid double doors. This allows excellent privacy between families in the duplex.

The living area has two bedrooms separated by double walls to suppress sound, each with queen beds and extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Each bedroom has their own wall mounted mini-split air-conditioning system so rooms can be cooled to your own preference. . The third bed is a Sleeper Sofa manufactured by American Leather and provide exceptional comfort with a gel mattress. Radiant floor heating throughout provides exceptional comfort without furnace blower dust & noise. A gas fireplace provides additional warmth and great ambience in the winter months. The living area contains a full double sink bathroom, with an additional half bath. Downstairs you will find the finished garage with a ping pong table, cornhole and some casual seating. For those with an electric vehicle the car port has a level 2EV charger installed for your use.

The location is perfection as well. Six wineries are within a short 5-10 min walk from the house. In the car you are less than three minutes to downtown Dundee where you’ll find fabulous restaurants and wineries showcasing boutique and international brands. To the west you are a couple minutes to another dozen amazing wineries and vineyards. You would be hard pressed to find a more wonderfully located vacation home in the entire region.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance on the interior of the house.

Owners will be occupying one side of the home that will not impede on your stay.

We stayed for thanksgiving. Kitchen had everything I good possibly need to make our feast. Kids had a great time playing ping pong and corn hole. The pullout sofa was very comfortable for a pull out, but still nothing compared to the VERY cozy beds. The outdoor fire pit was so nice especially since it gets dark so early! I will definitely come back. Was wonderful.

We had the great pleasure of sharing this beautiful du-plex villa with another couple for a wonderful week of escape to Oregon wine-country during the 2020 Covid pandemic. My, how nice to get away... Specifically and especially during this time, the ability to easily separate (or not) the interior units with lockable soundproof doors at will was a great feature, as were the two large covered and furnished decks, patio and fire-pit for outdoor gathering and dining. Social distancing was a breeze. The Villa is brand new and a beautiful accommodation. It's super well furnished and appointed from Kitchen, to baths, to bedrooms to common and dining areas. The finishes and supplies are quite comprehensive and high-end. The house has a very special and relaxing feeling to it; imagine a hot, sultry Summer day in wine country, vineyards visible out the back, views across the valley out the front, the gorgeous large deck and patio doors open wide to cool breezes blowing through sheer, flowing drapery. This beautiful place provided the relaxation and atmosphere for re-charging in a very challenging time for us all.
