Sunny, gorgeous contemporary home, close to downtown Ketchum.

Great location for 6 of our family attending a wedding. It was about 15 min walking to Ketchum downtown and another 10 min to Sun Valley for shopping. A nice feature was that people could talk in the living room or kitchen, and the bedrooms remained quiet.

This beautiful modern home is just what we wanted; close to ski slopes, restaurants and shops. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Michelle, our host was responsive, and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and ski parking

Architecturally significant property that was perfectly located. It would be on par with others we rented if it had a hot tub. But we highly recommend this to anyone looking!

We loved the house. It was perfect for 6 adults. Our only concerns were: 1) the long walking distance (in ski boots) to the bus stop for easy access to the ski lifts. We had three cars and ended up driving all three to the lifts each day. 2) EXTREMELY steep driveway into garage. This is a serious detriment and hazard in winter as it it really challenging to walk to the cars after a snow. The steep drive also makes it difficult to enter the garage without high centering the car . Fortunately, the car that we put in the garage has adjustable height suspension and we could enter the garage with suspension on High. 3) The garage ceiling and overhead door is quite low. We could not open our car's hatchback without hitting the garage door when the door is open. All-in-all, the experience was positive, and the driveway would not be an issue in the summer months.

Spacious and clean. Lots of space to spread out. Games and puzzles available for down time. Convenient to downtown without being downtown.

This was the perfect place for my family from three states to gather for a 50th wedding anniversary, birthday, and Thanksgiving. The space was perfect for different family sleeping arrangements and the main area of the house afforded lots of space for playing games, enjoying meals, and just hanging out. Everything in Ketchum/Sun Valley was easy to access and the walkability to downtown Ketch was a plus. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even leaving a bottle of wine for our family to enjoy. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Atkinson’s market so we didn’t have to cook, but there was everything we needed and more for warming and serving food. The driveway is very steep, so thankfully we could park in the garage to accommodate father with mobility issues. This was a great rental and highly recommend.

The home was exactly as described and as the photos showed. The location was perfect for us to easily get to downtown and all the other wedding activities. Michelle and Stephanie were both so responsive and offered us a late check out if needed. I would definitely rent the home again.
