Sunny Disposition - lakefront, quiet cove

Great property

We loved this place so much we came back a second time. The kitchen has everything you could want. The dock is nice with calm water for swimming and fishing. Plenty of parking and things to do inside if it rains. My daughter and I love to read and there were so many books to chose from which was fantastic. Would definitely come back a 3rd time.

After staying at the same property for 20 years, we had to find a new place to stay this year. When one door closes, God opens another! Better than expected and great location.

We had a great time. The cove was nice away from boat traffic. We really liked the dock there was lots of room and plenty of room to park the boats. The kids used the kayaks and the paddle boards. The house was great every thing was really nice. I appreciate you letting us stay there thank you.

House was fantastic. Only issue was that there was something draining from the house right down to the fire pit. And it had a bad smell.

Perfect place to live the lake life. Great house for me and my family to spend our vacation!

This was our 4th annual family vacation - there were 10 of us from 2 years old to 69 years old - and Sunny Disposition is our favorite house so far. Host Regina was very nice and answered our questions promptly. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kids and adults had a blast on the kayaks, paddle boards and nearby jumping rocks. We even rented a pontoon for a day which was surprisingly affordable compared to past marinas. There are a lot of steps down to the dock but they are well-maintained with several landings to take a break if necessary. We have already talked about returning next year.

We had 3 couples, a grandmother and 2 kids in our party. The bedrooms were lovely and the common area was very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed and the large table was perfect for board games. Bathrooms were beautiful. The dock was so nice for hanging out after a day of cruising on the boat. The best part was the cove! We could swim, paddle board, or just play and we had the whole area to ourselves. Easy access to multiple marinas. What a cool location! House owner was great and easy to talk to. We would like to stay here again.

The house had just about everything we needed for our family vacation. Nice view of the lake and the location on the lake was great because there was no boat traffic at all. We swam off the dock with no worries of boats or water traffic! It is a daunting drive back into town so if you are looking for food or shopping, prepare for a 25 minute drive. Nothing is quick unless you have your own boat.

Wonderful property with a few glitches. Luckily Husband is a plumber and connected downstairs sink. Everything was great except for a few things we weren't told about. Minimal trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Had to buy battery for downstairs fan. Deck and steps didn't appear to have been blown off so we had to sweep them. Space was great, plenty of room.
