This was the perfect size house in the perfect location for our weekend getaway for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds and a wonderful, large deck with a great view. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be renting this one again!

Overall we were all very pleased with our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars under property description, was it stated having a grill and it did not. In the owner's defense, he did just replace the deck, the previous renter had damaged. He did offer to reimburse me for purchasing a grill from the local store, which I did. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk with. You won't be disappointed staying here. We had a fabulous time, and would rent this home again!replacthe deck

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. The beach house was clean and has a good layout with the rooms. Though it’s a second row beach house, it’s such a short walk. The views were good and we loved the sound of the ocean while sitting on the porch.

We are 2 adult couples that vacation together alot and his house was perfect for us. Love the spacious partially covered front deck. It has a good view of the ocean off to the side. Beach access by foot isn't convenient, but not impossible. Overall we had a great time and would consider renting again.

We had an overall nice stay. The property was an easy walk to the beach and a had a nice view from the deck. Our only complaint was the strong sulfur (rotten egg) smell whenever you turned on the hot water. It made doing dishes or taking warm showers an unpleasant experience but the rest of the house was super nice.

The house and location was perfect. The access to beach was easy. Everything we needed was there. We had family in two other beach houses near us and ours was the best, hands down. The property manager was great and it was super easy to communicate with him. Will definitely use this beach house again.
