Sunny Corner - Romantic Split Level Cottage

Very lovely stay

Loved our couple of nights in Sunny Corner. Very peaceful surroundings. Lots of little touches of luxury in the cottage. Only downside would be the distance to dining options if you wished to eat out. Not far at all but a little too far to walk in the cooler nights.

I loved how peaceful, clean with calming decor the property exudes. The hosts have added extra touches with bread, yummy muffins, muesli and fruit for breakfast. Comfy king size bed was extremely cosy.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was incredibly cute, with plenty of character and thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great experience!

Excellent property, spotless clean. Very nice and practical kitchen. Breakfast is available for you. Host is welcoming, providing updates and information about booking, access to accommodation. We had wonderful experience once again staying in this wonderful cottage. And certainly will be back with our next trip to Blue Mountains.

Our family enjoyed the cute cottage with beautiful decor. Kim and Ian were attentive hosts. The Easter eggs and chocolate treats were a personal and kind touch from the hosts. Sunny Corner is close to all the good hikes in Leura and Katoomba. Highly recommend.

Sunny Corner was a beautiful spot to spend a couple of days. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s actually bigger than it looks. The decor was very tasteful and the place was scrupulously clean. Kim and Ian were great hosts and the house was stocked with extra treats - muffins, bread, fruit, even some Easter eggs. Lovely location with the deck backing onto a peaceful garden and gurgling creek, just adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful cottage, such a wonderful cosy place to stay in the blue mountains. Couldn't recommend it enough. The owners have done an amazing job to create and maintain a beautiful space.So comfortable, relaxing, spacious, clean and tasteful decor...So many lovely touches through out the cottage. Definitely a hidden Gem!

Beautifully decorated cottage, and very clean. A nice location - quite private. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms, but we were only allowed to use one, else incur an extra cost (100 per night and an extra 50 cleaning fee). There is air-conditioning only in the downstairs bedroom, so we chose to use that one. The ensuite is small with limited bench space and no towel rail / hooks. The extra touches provided by the owner such as some basic groceries and the offer of a complimentary cheese board were lovely and much appreciated.

Hosts were welcoming and the House was clean and comfortable . Location was great and quiet. The house itself is wonderfully furnished and has everything one needs to enjoy their stay

What an amazing place! From the moment we arrived we were greated by a warm well decorated and appointed oasis. The small detail is what really sets this place apart from the rest.Plenty of parking and close to town. A nice tranquil creek or natural spring runs directly next to property creating a sense of calm and relaxation.

We were welcomed into a cosy and beautifully appointed cottage that had the most comfortable beds and most welcoming and cosy couches. Everything was available, including a delicious breakfast at the beginning we felt very welcome and enjoy meeting the hosts. The water pressure was very good, which is important when you have long hair. The area is so beautiful and with so many flowers and a creek nearby. It felt so peaceful when you opened the balcony you just hear nature and the creek. I would recommend this to anybody that wants to get away from it all and yet be close to everything.

This was one of the most tastefully styled accomodation we have stayed in, very cosy and peaceful.We really appreciated all the little extras, breakfast essentials and fresh fruit.we wouldthe definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay in the romatic cottage. The cottage itself was even more beautiful than the pictures show and was extremely comfortable, clean and accomadating. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for high quality accomadation in Leura.

The place is beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately we were looking for a wood fire and this one only had a gas fire - which was detailed in the fine print and away from the television anyway. Otherwise is was lovely.

Amazing place to get away! My partner and I found it in a perfect location, we would get up and explore the blue mountains then retreat back to the cottage! The cottage had everything you needed and more! The host were friendly and helpful. My partner and I agree the perfect place to spend our anniversary!

I spent my birthday weekend with my date at this beautiful property, and it was perfect. Every detail was lovely, and everything was spotless, which we really appreciated. You won’t have any headaches choosing this place. The owners are kind and easy to deal with.

On one of the coldest weekends of the year, we were able to stay cosy at pretty Sunny Corner. The house was spotless and has a well fitted-out kitchen and comfortable living spaces. It's also convenient to Leura Mall and the shops and cafes of town. We enjoyed watching the different birds enjoy the creek throughout the day.

Absolutely beautiful cabin with all the amenities and luxuries you could need from a cosy warm fire, sumptuous lounges, comfy big beds, modern technology, through to a big, deep bath for two … romantic and relaxing and decorated in magnificently unique French styling … and a bubbling brook outside and lovely huge trees everywhere making it a quiet and peaceful experience.Kim was an amazing Hostess … with complimentary fresh Turkish bread, milk, Easter buns and eggs on arrival and eggs, bacon and fresh tomatoes left on our doorstep for breakfast! Cannot wait to return and would absolutely recommend to those wanting a romantic weekend away in the gorgeous Blue Mountains. Thank you so much for everything.

Great property & location.

My friend recommended this place to me and I’m so glad she did. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Leura cottage. It’s so cute yet very spacious. We really loved the unique touches from the hosts (chocolates on the bed and some muffins and bread in the kitchen). It is very tidy and well decorated - absolutely perfect for our babymoon! The cottage was also so central to everything. Can’t wait to come back here when we need a break from the city!

My husband and I loved the peacefulness our cottage gave us. It had plentiful amenities and was beautifully designed. On arrival our lovey host Kim had left a beautiful welcome package, the muffins were delightful. I will be back to this rare treasure in the mountains.

We had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful cottage and all it had to offer. It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of little extras that made our stay extra special. It was close to Leura village and all of the sightseeing adventure in the area.

Sunny Corner is the perfect couples retreat for a cosy weekend away in the blue mountains. Immaculately clean, beautifully styled and thoughtfully equipped. Highly recommended.
