Sunny 5BR Pool Villa in Solterra Resort - Spa, Loft Office, Minutes to Disney

Bright, spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath pool home built in 2021 in Solterra Resort, Davenport, a short drive to Walt Disney World and the Four Corners attractions. Sleeps 7.

OUTSIDE
Your own screened, fenced pool with a built-in spa (optional Pool & Spa Heating add-on, $35/night for the whole stay, bought after booking; one heat pump serves both, so the spa is not heated without it; November to March add Pool & Spa Pre-heat, $35 per extra day, so it is warm on arrival), loungers and side tables, and a quiet pond view out back. The covered lanai has a dining table, a conversation set, a ceiling fan, and string lights for evenings outside.

INSIDE
Open great room with a granite-island kitchen and stainless appliances, a 10-seat dining table, and two reclining sofas facing the TV wall. Downstairs master suite with a king bed, TV, garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Upstairs: a queen bedroom with TV and its own double-vanity bath; a navy twin room and a purple twin room with TVs sharing a tub-and-shower bath; and a green twin room with a loft bed over a study desk. A landing lounge with a recliner and an office nook with a desk and monitor make remote work easy. Full-size washer and dryer, hair dryers in every full bath, linens and towels provided. Guests bring their own soap and shampoo.

SOLTERRA RESORT AMENITIES
An optional resort pass is $35 plus tax per stay for your whole group, paid at the clubhouse on arrival (card or tap only). When open it covers the zero-entry heated resort pool, the lazy river, the water slide (48-inch minimum height), the spa, a 24/7 fitness center, playground, tennis, volleyball and pickleball courts, and Cafe Sol. Cabanas rent separately.

RESORT NOTICE (Sept 2026): the resort aquatics area is closed for improvement work. The lazy river closed Sept 8; from Sept 22 the main resort pool, waterslide, spa, pool deck, cabanas and Cafe Sol patio are also closed, with no reopening date announced yet. The clubhouse, gym, sports courts and lawn areas stay open, Cafe Sol offers pickup and delivery, and the resort runs daily activities. The pass currently covers only the gym, courts, lawn areas and activities. Our private screened pool and spa at the house are not affected. The Lawn at Solterra (putting green, lawn games, sand volleyball, seating) is scheduled to open in September 2026.

GOOD TO KNOW
5-night minimum. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. No pets. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM per HOA rules. Primary guest must be 25 or older. Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and garage. Exterior doorbell and driveway cameras; none inside. Full house rules are provided before arrival.
