Nicely furnished four bedroom beach block townhouse in Brigantine, NJ. Townhouse includes master bedroom w/king size bed and large wraparound Trex deck. Also has a 2nd bedroom with queen, 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, and 4th bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and full size futon. Kitchen contains stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel range, dishwasher and microwave. Living room and dining area with pitched ceiling to 20 feet. 50' 4K Smart HDTV in living room, smaller flat screen TVs in master bedroom and upstairs bedroom as well. Washer and dryer downstairs. Townhouse has central air conditioning. Pillows and blankets provided, tenant is responsible for bringing linens (sheets/pillowcases/towels) and toiletries. 2 parking spots in driveway as well as easy street parking nearby. Address is 4019-A Brigantine Avenue.

Townhouse is right next to 42nd street Community Center which has bocce courts, tennis courts, mini-golf and ball fields.

We are walking distance to the south end restaurants and shops including Aunt B's Ice Cream, Ernest & Son, Tiki Taco, Aversa's Bakery, Cordivari's etc. Short drive to center of town, other restaurants, shops and the newly renovated Shark Park for kids.

* 45th Street - 47th Street
* 49th Street (the area north of Seaside Road)
* South of Jetty (Absecon Inlet)

Surfing is permitted at the following beaches:
* 12th Street North
* 10th Street South
* North of South End Jetty
* South of the Sandy Lane bathing area

Surfers (or aspiring surfers) may also contact the Brigantine Beach Waveriders at (609) 266-SURF for information about surfing tournaments and clinics for youth.

Driving a four-wheel drive is permitted on the beach, as long as a permit is obtained. Cost is $160, $80 for seniors. 4 Wheel Drive Permits can be purchased at the Beach Fee Office, located at 15th Street and Brigantine Avenue from May 1st through September 1st, and at City Hall the rest of the year.

Boat ramps, jet-skis, kayaking: The Boat Ramp is located at 5th St. South and Bayshore Avenue.

Jet Skis: You must have a permit to launch from designated beach. The cost is $125.00/yr. In order to obtain a permit, applicant must have a copy of Face sheet of insurance policy (minimum $500,000 liability insurance required. Permit holders must follow rules and regulations of permit. Jet Skiing is permitted in the inlet side of the South Jetty as designated by appropriately posted signs.

Kayaking is permitted at the following beaches.
* Adjacent to all Lifeguard protected beaches.
* The North-end beaches (North of 15th Street North)
* Absecon Inlet Beaches.
* Area between Sandy Lane and Seaside Road lifeguard station.
* 26th Street South – City Dock area.

*Signing Renter must be at least 25, no Bachelor parties

    Our stay was great! Spacious and enough room for 5 kids and 4 adults. The wrap around porch on the second level was great. Close walk to the beach and no issues or problems with the property!

    We had a wonderful time at Kevin's place. We had 2 infants, 2 kids, and 5 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The carpet was super soft for the babies to roll around, there was a play pen we used often as well. Beds were all very comfortable. The upper deck porch was such a great feature for hanging around the house, as was the turf yard on the bottom. We walked to the 38th St beach each day (stroller to the entrances for the young ones was helpful, since there is still a good walk to the water once you reach the dunes). We also liked being able to walk to the restaurants and grocery store. Kevin was great at telling us more details when we requested them. Definitely recommend his place for any group!

    Was a nice location to walk to the beach, ice cream, community center with fields/courts and food. To get to the beach it was about .15 miles on sidewalk/road, .15 on the path and then you hit the beach, which has a bit of a walk to the ocean. It was broken up nicely and was good with kids to be off the road and have some changes in scenery. Not super crowded on the beach during some beautiful days. Appreciated the beach tags and flexible days in the summer.

    We had a great time and were thrilled that we were offered early check in because the cleaners were finished early. It was so nice of the owners to message us and let us know we could enter early, we didn’t even have to ask. The house was clean, the living room was roomy so our large family could all gather in the evenings. The beach is very long at this part of the island so the beach walk is a little long, but still enjoyable. The location of the house is great, close to ACME, and a short walk for ice cream and tacos. Great time had by all.

    House is awesome. 7 beds. Nice porch! Has a grill. Plenty of room for everyone. Less than 10 min uber to AC. Definitely would stay here again
