: To ensure a clean and healthy space for everyone, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and all outdoor areas. If you need to smoke, please do so off-property and dispose of any cigarette waste properly.

A cleaning fee of up to $1,000 may apply if there’s evidence of smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property grounds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.
