Bedrooms are a foot or so wider than the beds. You have to shimmy sideways between the wall and beds in the larger of the 2 bedrooms. The backyard is a community area for all residence in the 4 or 5 row house duplex style units. The front porch and back porch/paved concrete yard are pleasant but there is no privacy so pass if private backyard activities are important to you. I don't recall any of these things clearly explained in the listing. There is a freight train track 150 feet from the front door of the unit. The trains pass several times per day at a very slow pace so the sound is not overbearing. It was really a highlight of the place. We all enjoyed hearing the train whistle and running out front to watch it pass. I enjoyed my time and recommend this unit if these things may bother you.
Enjoyed stay. Walking distance to local pizza place etc. Near railroad tracks, but not loud. Bedrooms are tight. You need to crawl over bed or slide along wall to get to other side of bed.
I stayed for 4 nights for business and I could walk to Cooper-Young restaurants. Great location.
Very comfortable home with all new furnishings. Incredibly comfortable beds. Close to attractions like Beale Street and Auto Zone Park. I worked during the day and the neighborhood was very quiet. I had my dogs with me and there were places to walk them.
It was fun to be in Cooper Young with lots of places to walk to. Loved the new and modern design of the house, and the use of the back area too. Easy to park and get anywhere from here too.
Newly constructed. Kitchen lacked a few utensils. Nice bathrooms.
