Stayed Jan 23, 2026Unfortunately we were not able to stay due to a horrible ice storm.Thankfully our host was gracious enough to contact us in advance regarding the bad weather and suggested we stay put. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and kind.

The house was just as described. very clean, well stocked and convenietly located from everything in Memphis. I will definitely stay again when I return to Memphis!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Hate to have to leave a bad review because the owner did communicate well and refunded some of our stay. This is the first VRBO experience that made me think we just should book hotels in the future. We arrived to a potent marijuana smell throughout the property. It was late at night and we didn't have any other options than to stay. The whole house just doesn't look as nice as the pictures portray. There was a large hole in the drywall in the bathroom, the shower didn't drain, two of the cabinets were missing drawer pull hardware, the sink was pulling away from the wall, caulk pulled away from wall in many places, paint chipped and peeling on doors... it was just not great for our family. We left the next morning and requested a refund for the last 2 nights.
