Discover 'Sunlit Incline Retreat' a picturesque 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Tahoe chalet nestled in Incline Village's sought-after upper Tyner area and sleeps 8. Embrace the essence of Alpine living in this charming retreat, offering resplendent views and a tranquil ambiance. Outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

HOUSE RULES
NO SHOES in the house. Slippers will be provided at the entrance.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Security camera is 24 hours on at the garage door.
No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No 3rd-party unregistered guests.
Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
Indoor fireplace is not included in this house due to fire risk.
Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Note on Map Distances and Beaches:

The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., 5–10 minutes to the lake). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.

We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.

    We could feel the temperature dropping as we climbed the hill. The view driving up is breathtaking. There is plenty of parking. (We had 4 vehicles). Two bedrooms are upstairs and do have ceiling fans, 2 bedrooms are downstairs and did not have fans. The sleeping arrangements were as stated in the listing. We did get 2 large fans and that greatly helped in the kitchen and living areas. The downstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub which is quite deep. The upstairs bathroom has a very tight shower but overall both bathrooms were adequate. The tv with surround sound was wonderful and the seating was great. The patio is at the front of the house near the street. The spa is great and the patio furniture was very comfortable. There is no expectation of privacy. The request is no shoes in the house . We brought our own slippers since but they do have slippers provided. The kitchen is fine, great gas burning stove, good dishwasher. There is no pantry so no basic supplies at all and dry foods had to stay in bags. Bring everything you need for meals except pots and pans and basic dishes. There are no bowls so making a salad or trying to mix batter for pancakes required some creativity. Overall we had a great time and the house was adequate for our needs.
