Stayed Jul 12, 2023House was great! 4/4 so all 4 had their own rooms and bathrooms. Great pool overlooking 7th green at Southern Dunes! Golf course was Fantastic! Definitely recommend this house and golf course for a golf trip!

Stayed Jun 11, 2022We loved the neighborhood (stayed in the same area, but different house last year) and the house was the perfect amount of space for our family (2 adult couples, a 17yr old and 2 tween girls). It was very clean and great assortment of amenities were provided (pool inflatables, beach towels, cookware, crockpots, etc.). All that said, we were very disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning properly (this momma's main reason for booking this property). We had many communications with the property manager to get it up & running & a tech even showed up on one of our chill days to fix it, but the heat in it NEVER got hot and the jacuzzi bubbles completely stopped working the last few days we were there. :( The mgr said that the heater is not switching over to the spa when the bubble are turned on, like it's supposed to and refunded us the full pool heat fee (which was good) but it was still a major letdown to not be able to have the heated jacuzzi for our week long stay. There is also an alarm beep sound that would chirp a few times almost hourly that we could never figure out how It was no big deal during the day, but was frustrating at night when we were trying to sleep (especially the people staying in the bedroom nearest the front door). The mgr said they would send someone to fix it midweek, but now one showed up to our knowledge and the alarm beep continued throughout the end of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the house and if those issues were fixed would choose it again.
