We had to get in contact with the owner when we got there to get code to get as was not sent that day. Communication was immediate, so that is a positive. We also communicated beforehand asking if there was a grill and they made sure to have one there for us. When we opened the door and walked into the cozy abode we were blasted with a terrible smell. It was a mix of cat pee, rotten food and too many air fresheners. We did let the owner know and they said they would let the cleaners know. All of the upstairs vents were closed so we had to open and it still didn't feel like it was getting any cooler upstairs. There was not a separate thermostat/. Messaged the owner and didn't hear anything back about the air. Did get a response back asking about the wifi as had to sign into our accounts to get any channels on tv to watch football including the GA game. The sofa is not plush not very comfortable at all, I would recommend a new living room setup completely as not very accommodating for a family of four for that perfect movie night. The screened in porch area was far from relaxing. To start there is no door on the screened in porch so anything can fly in including ALL of the wasp. Luckily there was bug spray under the kitchen sink that we used to kill at least 25 wasp in the screened in porch. Dishwasher had dishes left in it along with food in the bottom. Can't park in garage, too small for an SUV and had two sets of washer/dryers in it taking up room.
