SUNKISSED ~ Come Enjoy this Charming 3 Bedroom Home When Location Is Key!

The host was great with communication right from the beginning. The property location was great and matched the description as listed. It was the perfect option for the stay with our friends.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The 3 beautiful bathrooms were great to have for our family of 5. We loved the patio and pool. The location is AMAZING - walk to everything. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was immediately fixed the very next day. Super responsive. We spend every spring break in Key West and this is the loveliest home we've had the pleasure of staying in. Also, rocking chairs on the covered front porch for morning coffee - absolutely loved it. Hope to book again for next year. Thanks for a great stay!!

It was a cute place, but a few disappointments. Electric stove is very small. It appears small in the photos but it was tiny. The floor was dirty and the bottom of our socks were black walking around the inside of the house. The worst part was the shower stall had drain flies and smelled. For the price we paid that was the deal breaker for me. I sent the property manager a message about this and never heard back from him.

Very nice place in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay, house was great and met all of our needs. Check in with Dan was excellent and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this place!

The location is great. The house was very clean and neat. Overall it was really nice.My only downside comments: We had 6 adults and it was a bit tight for that many. Also, we slept in the upstairs bedroom and it was a bit warm.

The house , furniture and fixtures were in very good condition. Three full bathrooms was just what we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was a plus. We parked in front of the house.The host stayed in communication with us from beginning to end.

Great location! We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The supplies that were provided in the bathrooms were enough for four nights. That is always a plus for us when we fly and can’t carry extras. Dan and Wendy answered all questions we asked pre arrival. We really needed nothing during our visit. We hope to stay there again.

The house was perfectly located to enjoy all aspects of Key West. It is very clean and comfortable. WiFi, A/C, TVs and other amenities worked perfectly and easily. Cute cottage home. Quite spacey ! 3bdrms, 3 baths . Nice pool, quiet neighborhood. Narrow street. Parking could be a problem, if you cant walk a lot. Enjoyed the quiet Key West & Dry Tortuga.

An absolutely amazing stay in the most charming bungalow right near the heart of Old Key West. Everything was top-tier- from the check-in process, to the concierge services, to the recommendations on snorkeling and fishing excursions. This was the absolutely perfect and getaway for our family. If you have tall folks in your family, this is the place for you! The three king size beds and cold a/c made all the difference in the world.

The location was excellent—just a short walk to Duval Street. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, and having three bathrooms was a big plus.

Nothing but great things to say about the house, location and communications with property managers. And what's not to like about having 3 bathrooms, especially with a larger family like ours. Just walk in and start enjoying key west. It's half a block from Duval St. and about a 5 minute walk to Southern Most.

We had a fantastic stay- this place felt bigger than it looks and is a great location. Two things to note as you consider: 1- the loft bedroom is truly a loft and can see/hear directly into the kitchen area & 2- the pool is a little square. Perfect for cooling off, but not a “swimming” pool. We loved it and would definitely recommend, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. The location is perfect for renting bikes and exploring the entire Key.

We had a great time - the home is spacious with 2 large beds and a nice loft upstairs. Very comfortable for 2 families. The location can't be beat - close to walk but not on top of Duval so nice and quiet. We had an enormous rental car that parked comfortably right in front! Very happy, thanks!

The house was so cute and charming. Barely a block from Duval St., the location couldn't be beat. Walking distance to everything! Kitchen is very small with mini appliances so don't recommend if you want to do lots of cooking for more than 2 people. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. Really enjoyed it!

Accommodations were great. Loft bedroom was a little noisy if people got up early. Noise came straight upstairs. Otherwise accommodations were great. Kitchen well stocked and washer and dryer!!

We had an amazing stay at the Sunkissed House! It was perfect for our trip—clean, spacious, and conveniently close to everything. We either walked or used Uber every day, which made exploring Key West super easy. The sleeping arrangements were great, and the beds were comfortable. The small pool was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed gathering around it on Saturday morning with the group. We even used the grill, which worked fine but is showing its age; it could use a replacement as the burners are rusty and not functioning fully. The check-in process was a little tricky—I struggled to find the lockbox at first, which might have been user error, but it could be more straightforward. Parking was also a bit of a challenge. Although two cars fit, we were lucky to find spots early and didn't move them for the duration of our stay. The house layout worked well for us. The property is divided into two sections, each with its own AC, which was great for the varying temperature preferences within the group. The late checkout, which was granted due to a Tropical Storm warning, was much appreciated. As a host myself, I usually offer some flexibility with check-out times, and it would have been nice to see more of that. That said, overall, we loved the house! It was well-furnished, with newer appliances, and everything worked as expected. The design was modern while still capturing that classic Key West charm. We would definitely stay here again!

Wanted to let you know there are active termites in the bottom of the doors that go out to the deck And the flooring on the deck is loose and a trip hazard Location was perfect While I know you don’t provide coffee, a couple k pods would have been nice till we could get to the grocery store I have a picture of the termite stuff but nowhere to post it here

Great location. The pool was key as it was very hot! Rooms are exactly as pictured. Location was great! My only feedback is a board on the back deck is not flush with the others and is a tripping hazard

The rental was very clean and the beds are perfect. Very quiet and a well stocked kitchen. The location was very walkable. Communication with the house manager was quick. In short would highly recommend!
