We enjoyed or stay. We had a full house and appreciated the two full bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The property is well kept with a wonderful enclosed back yard. We really enjoyed the propane firepit and the edible fruit growing in the backyard. There is a TV in every room (4) and plenty of parking. Just a 1 minute walk down to the beach, but we drove as we found it easier to just pack the car up with our beach gear and drive right onto the beach instead of carrying it. We will stay again next time we come to the beach.

What a wonderful girl's weekend we had. I can't even begin to explain how very perfect Sunkissed was to all 4 of us. The owners and property managers have thought of everything to make your stay at this property, comfortable and relaxing. I'm already planning my next visit and bringing my family. We were very happy with the house, the location, and the support for the dogs. Loved the yard! The kitchen was great, a little small but still functional. My family wants to come back to this place sometime.

This was a lovely house that was well supplied with almost everything you need for cooking, grilling, and chilling.Lots of directions and information on items in the house and plenty of amenities. We appreciated the animal couch covers--no worries for snuggling after time at the beach. Checkout was simple, with minimal requirements. Although the walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, you can easily drive there too. Pacific Beach is a very quite, small town but their beach was nice too.

This was a fantastic VRBO. The house was the cleanest VRBO I’ve seen, and the backyard was amazing. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Our second stay at Sunkissed was a good as our first: the property is well set up and maintained, and we had everything we need for a most pleasurable stay.

Had a relaxing time staying in your beautiful home. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. The only thing I would change in your title is 90 seconds to beach, to a 90 second DRIVE to beach. No beach access from the house. Really appreciated the minimal check out instructions, easy peasy! Overall this home was a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of things you don't normally find in a rental home. We slept in the king bed which was very firm. A little too firm for our liking (a memory foam pad would make all the difference), but it was tolerable. The first night we did not sleep well because the top sheet against our skin felt like sandpaper. In the morning, I discovered that the bedding was put on upside down with the beautiful, soft top sheet on the very top and the rough coverlet on the bottom against our skin. I remade the bed and problem solved. Our internet went out for a long time the first night, but the owner was kind enough to send us an email to inform us. Throughout the week, the internet was sketchy. It was hard to watch a show because the TV would go into buffering mode quite frequently. The house is in a neighborhood with some very trashy properties and there was a lot of noise. The house itself was very clean, very updated, and very comfortable.

When we walked through the door, we were struck by the attention to detail, and every day reinforced that first experience. So often short-time rentals have been jerry-rigged and filled with well-used items. This place has been curated by someone who loves and uses it, and who has an eye for detail from artwork to soap dispensers. It was better than the descriptions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Indeed, we have already booked it again three months out.

This was an amazing place to celebrate a friend's birthday. There ended up being 8 of us and the property manager was so understanding to that last minute change. There were instructions on how to use everything and let us know where items were which was super helpful. Beach access was just down the street and we were able to drive our cars onto the beach. Did some hiking and beach combing. There were plenty of beds for us all to sleep and couches for us in the living room. There are only two things to consider, parking and wheelchairs. If you can't car pool and have more than three cars, you will need to figure out some place else to park. If you're in a wheelchair access into the house and the shower will be difficult as there is no ramp and the shower is a tub shower.Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here!

Lovely home with great views and within walking distance to the beach and town. Home had everything needed, such a cute backyard we only wished it had been warm enough outside to enjoy sitting on the decks. We enjoyed the walkable distance to the beach and town. Our pup thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the setee in the living room and keeping a watch out the window. The gas fireplace kept us cozy in the below freezing temperatures at night. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we plan to visit the area.

This property was a very comfortable place to stay (even for our four legged family member). The owners were very thoughtful and the communication was easy!

Very nice clean house. Equipped with everything we needed. Dog friendly. We went to the beach which was easy to get to. My dog had a great time, running and barking on the beach. We had an untraditional Thankgiving day dinner. Found some smoked salmon and Dungeness crabs which we added to a salad. Topped off with a walnut pie. Very nice.

We loved our stay at the Sunkissed House. Such a lovely backyard and so pet friendly!! The information on the house is clear and concise and easy to follow. I really liked not having to strip the bedrooms, wash bedding or having to run the dishwasher!! Than you so much!!

My husband and I and our dog Mr Beebs spent a long weekend in Pacific Beach while my husband recovered from a recent surgery. The house was VERY clean and organized...so much attention to detail. They went the extra mile to make sure guests had what they needed for their stay. It had a fenced in yard with gravel for our dog and even doggie bags for easy clean up, even sofa covers for furniture. There were ample kitchen utensils and even spices so we ate in all weekend.

Submitted rental at Pacific Beach , Washington couldn’t have been a nicer place to spend time. The host did not spare on providing the best in quality amenities. We enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit and snacking on the fresh fruit. I loved the location, nearby restaurants we great as well. The rental was clean, quality linens,any appliances you might need. Short drive or walk to the beach. Quality restaurants a short drive away. Loved it. Made a great place to visit with my family.

We have stayed in this home twice and will go back. Close to the beach, very comfortable home, well equipped.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The steep stairs presented some problems for two older members of our family. Backyard retreat was really well done, but getting there through the bedroom was strange. Kitchen was spiffy, and beds were dandy. With everything else so new and tasteful, the bath towels seemed skimpy. The interrupted ocean view is a bit of a stretch.

House just as described, loved the location away from crowds in Oceans shores.

Second year in a row we have been in Pacific. Except for the entire week of late fall weather, the home was just as lovely and cared for as last year. Appreciate the dog friendly accommodations. We will try again next year and hope for warm weather 😊

Perfect location, house & yard Perfect for our 4 legged babies. We also got lucky with the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay. We used all the amenities from the fresh berries to fire pit to the grill. It would have been nice to have a griddle or grill pan to make pancakes—the stainless steel pans didn’t work well for that. We also wish there was a way to clean off our sandy feet and shoes before coming in the front door. We eventually hung the backyard garden hose over the fence but it wasn’t very convenient. Over all, it was a very comfortable and well appointed home. Even the people staying in the vacation rental home next door wish they had found this home instead!

Bring your own throws for chilly days. It rained 2 days during our stay. Warm blankets would have been nice. The pillows provided are over stuffed and hard. Over all the house was clean and true regarding ad, with exception, no ocean view.
