Sunflower Haus | Great Location | Fire Pit

The house was perfect for a quick girls trip. It was conveniently located, the beds were cozy, shower pressure was better than home. We would definitely stay again!

This house is perfect! It has the perfect charm for the area. It is adorable. It had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in each room, black out blinds, cold AC. Super cozy cottage! Will def book here again! Fire pit in the back was relaxing!!! Close to everything to either walk, if its not too hot, or a 2 min drive to park on Main street and shop or eat.

We came for the weekend with another couple and am so glad we found this place. It’s adorable and perfect for 2 couples! We were less than 5 minutes from any place we wanted to go. And the house is adorably decorated too! We will definitely stay here when we come back again.

I know that check-in times have changed over the years but 4:00, really?! And checkout at 11:00am? Thats not even 24 hours! The house was nice but needed some TLC. Every B&B I've stayed in has a Keurig option and a variety of dreamers and coffee's. There were no of those things in the kitchen. There was no cable - only Roku and that was limited. Blinds in the back bedroom didn't work neither did the lock on the back door. Overall an okay experience.

It was a perfect location for walking to Main Street. The house was so nice for our ladies getaway. The back deck was nice for coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon or evening. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We loved this place! It is exactly how it looks in the photos. Very Clean! We really enjoyed hanging out on the back porch. We walked to the downtown Main street area, which is only a few blocks. If I am ever back in Fredericksburg, I would certainly stay here again.

The house was very comfortable and clean and furnished with everything we needed. It served us well on our visit. The trees in the driveway were a bit precarious for maneuvering our truck. We would consider this property again.

The Sunflower Haus was the perfect spot for our weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was as described in the listing; we were able to walk to town. The firepit in the backyard was great to relax and spend time with friends. We had a small issue with the coffee maker the first morning and the management company brought us a new one to use the rest of the trip. Highly recommend this house and management company.

We really enjoyed the house. It has a lot of charm. We had 2 cars and they fit nicely under the car porch. We had great weather so we were able to enjoy dinner outside on the back porch. There is a fire pit, but we don't use it. The location of this home is great, very close to Main Street. If you want you can even walk to Main Street from the home. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Fredericksburg.

Quaint home that was perfect for our stay for 2 couples. Easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants.We did have a maintenance issue that was resolved. It was easy to get in touch with property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Sunflower Haus and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well supplied for all we needed. I would highly recommend it.

The house was great! The beds are super comfortable and the location is ideal, the back deck was great for relaxing. The only issue we had during our stay was the thermostat kept turning off, it had no power for most of the stay and 2 nights we didn't get very good sleep because it was hot in the house. Hopefully this will be fixed as we'd love to stay there again next October!

The Sunflower home was perfect - super clean, great back porch for visiting, quiet neighborhood, short walk (about 3 blocks) to the Main street. We walked everywhere. Next time, we know to call in advance for wine tours; however, we did connect with Majestic Tours and Ronnie was great. Sooo many wonderful places to eat within walking distance. Lots of cute shops; however, most close at 5, so it was difficult to get shopping in:(. Only suggestion for Sunflower is to maybe have some games available to play in the evening after a wine tour or shopping. Otherwise - a lovelu home and a wonderful visit.

Sunflower House is charming! Close to shops and restaurants, easy to find. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time staying at Sunflower Haus... love this place. Very convenient to Pacific War Museum and Main Street. It is very comfortable and has a wonderful back yard and patio area. This is our go-to place for visiting Fredericksburg.

I would definitely stay here again, plan on going back next year! Reason for rating, wished back deck would've been swept off and patio furniture and cushions cleaned. Nevertheless, I would do it again!

Great house great location nice patio/deck

The house is cute as can be and provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the backyard the most!the kitchen was fully stocked and having two up dated bathrooms was great. The check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sunflower Haus. The property was extremely clean and well furnished. The location is excellent, only about a 5-6 minute walk (.3 mi) to W Main providing easy access to shopping and restaurants. Everything about the home was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house ,comfortable beds. The pullout sofa probably needs a new mattress. Also, around Christmas time it would be lovely if there were Christmas decorations inside the house.

What an adorable house, and it's so close to the action! The house is within walking distance to almost everything, and it has everything you could need: a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, soft beds and fluffy pillows. The back patio is super cute, but we didn't partake due to the chilly weather.
