The property was purchased in 1972 by Jack & Peggy Seed and was a primary vacation home for them and their children and grandchildren for many years. It has now been passed down to their grandchildren Martin & Nick who have chosen to share it with you. We hope that you can enjoy it as we have for so many years.

We loved this country home for our one week stay in March 2024. There was lots space for the kids to run around and explore both inside and outside too. There were many of bedroom choices and privacy for each family and beds were very comfortable which is always # 1 for me. The owner purchased another crib for our stay which included 2 young children. The home has a huge dining room table for family dinner and two very comfortable living rooms. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Michelle was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again.

This family cottage is impressive not only from the standpoint of its majestic location overseeing a pond and forest but the cottage itself is very ample, spacious but cozy. It’s a cottage with character and soul. It made me wish I had inherited such a cottage. As a large family we had a wonderful time snd our group ranged from 68 years of age to 22. Everyone loved it and I cannot say enough about the hot tub and sauna and the excellent quality of all linens bathrobes and towels. The hosts are extremely generous in providing coffee in pods and tins of ground coffee(they have a lovely coffee bar station) set up in the kitchen. We felt at home and welcomed and we would definitely be returning. MAGNIFICENT family getaway.

We had a little family get together, we had not been able to get together in almost 5 years. Michelle's place was central to us all. The location is fantastic and the have great place to gather. We had everything we needed, and enough rooms to fit us all in. I would highly recommend her place for a family looking to get away. It has its own little pond with fish, campfire, outdoor seating and the inside was perfect for a larger group. We hope to come back next year!
