Stayed Jan 1, 2026This would be a wonderful place if it was just maintained. The furniture is very old and broken down in spots. The carpet is in desperate need of replacement. Several handles in the bathrooms need fixing or replacing. The most disappointing to us was that the hot tub was broken and we contacted the host but it was not addressed during our stay. I would not recommend this place.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Bedroom/bathroom configuration was great. The pool was tiny, but adequate and the kids all enjoyed it. Well stocked, linens were clean. 2 dishwashers 2 stove/ovens in kitchen - would have been great, but 1 dishwasher didn’t work at all, the top rack on the other wouldn’t pull out. One oven didn’t work. They sent a repairman who fixed the oven, said he fixed the dishwasher (only worked for one cycle) and ordered a part. Luckily we managed to figure a work around to get the dishwasher rack to pull out. 2 sets of washers and dryers, upstairs dryer didn’t work well. The furniture was once attractive, but _very_ worn, with multiple cuts and holes. Multiple cushions had large tears, and there were tears in the carpeting downstairs. We were asked to not wear shoes, but after an hour the soles of our feet were literally black. We managed to have fun, would not go back.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The host was responsive to our request for more silverware, we were a party of 19, and there were only 6 spoons. Overall house maintence was very poor, missing or burnt out canned lights through out, blinds and curtains in some rooms broken, broken light switches through out the house, wires hanging out of wall, game room had missing or broken pieces, couldn't get some TV's to work. Stained sheets and blankets in bunk room. One of the main bathroom shower walls had copious mildew, which the host sent someone to clean off. The small sink in the kitchen leaked badly around the faucet, so we couldn't use it. One of the dish washers had a broken upper tray. The downstairs washer leaked all over the floors in the laundry room. Host was going to have it looked at. Downstaris fireplace was broken, per host was going to be repaired. The hot tub was scummy so no one would use it, and it didn't get hot. The house needs much better cleaning and maintence. For the rental price we expected the house to at least be clean and in good repair. We would not stay there again.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023This beautiful home was the perfect setting for our couples retreat… the couples raved about the comfort and spacious accommodations, there was plenty of room for our sessions, our chef team was able to utilize the downstairs kitchenette for most of meal prep and then serve in the gorgeous kitchen on mail floor. There are 5 beautiful master suites… we will definitely be booking here for our next retreat!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023House was big and lots of fun but has the wear and tear of being a rental. Fireplace and heated flooring were broken so half of the house was hot and half was cold.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023Place is an absolute dump, pictures look good but once you arrive the dishwasher, golf simulator, hot tubs and stove don’t work. The hardwoods are buckled so bad in the kitchen it is a tripping hazards. The whole place felt grimy from carpet to walls. Managment wouldn’t give refund with having these issues but wanted payment for broken picture glass. Look somewhere else if have a large group or go stay at a mobile home park because that would be an upgrade.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023The house was a really good size for our group of 16 adults. It’s a great layout. Unfortunately like the other reviews the house is very poorly maintained. Initially the house looks clean on the surface but as we got settled in realized how dirty things were and how there was so many issues. The pool was not clean for quite some time. There was water bugs breeding in it. It took our family hours to clean it and put in chlorine before we could use it and the hot tub. The stove and range was filthy. The pot holders and other appliances in the kitchen was filthy. The jetted tubs did not work in the master suite. There was a leak in the downstairs sink and the shower drains were clogged. The outside deck was dirty with spills that had not been cleaned. Outdoor cushions on the furniture were all filthy. We were afraid to use the grills and outdoor kitchen after the condition of the indoor kitchen. There was holes in the downstairs living room and the carpet was filthy. There was also a mouse that made an appearance. It was comical as 5 men tried to catch the mouse. We made the best of our stay but there was a lot of cleaning and complaining from everyone in the party about various issues we were all discovering. We sent the management company a message but they did not do anything. Unfortunately this investment property is just going downhill and the previous issues from other reviews have obviously not been address. So like the other reviews RENTERS beware!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2023Could use a good cleaning, and some TLC all things were not in working order. The outside needs some attention. This could be a great house, but it is clear that it is not a priority of the owner. For the price I paid to stay I expect better.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023Nice location on the golf course, lots of room for all 18 of us. Nice bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. A couple of things weren't working, but that wasn't a problem. Would of liked to see some outside games provided, but we brought our own. Would rent it again.
