This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!

The well stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, gas cook top, granite counter tops, and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly resort fee when renting this home. Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot.
