The house was better than the pictures, everyone was impressed. The outdoor area was perfect for evening chill with the grill and everyone was very comfortable in the beautiful rooms.

We spent 3 nights here for a family retreat with children and grandchildren. The house is amazing! The house is large and very well designed including many high end amenities. The location is just as amazing as it is situated at the end of the 4th green of the Rope Rider golf course, with a gorgeous view of the fairway. It was fun to sneak onto the green at the end of the day to practice putting and chipping. The kids loved the bunk room, game room, hot tub and nearby pump track for biking.

The house was clean and tidy and had plenty of utensils and dinnerware for everyone. The hot tub was HOT, the grill worked great, and we especially enjoyed the HUGE patio propane firepit! We spent most of our time outside on the patio, waving at golfers passing by in their carts. We would highly recommend this house for larger family gatherings.

I had planned to use them for grandparents and great-grandparents, but it all worked out just fine. Bonus highlights: the large laundry room with an extra fridge was a huge help, and the game room was hands-down the best we’ve seen—so much fun! Thank you for an amazing stay. The house was beautiful. Lots of space to share. Kitchen had basic spices and cookware. No napkins and only one roll of a paper towels so I would pack more next time. The game room was fun!

This home was amazing, as soon as we walked in we were able to see a heard of elk on the green. It was magical. They had the Christmas tree up already and it felt very cozy in the home. My family had a blast, the house was spacious and the bedrooms were perfect. We spent great quality time playing games around the dining table and the game room was perfect. There was something for everyone to enjoy at any moment. We definitely would love to visit again.

The latches on the hot tub are not latching and one of the book lights in the kids room is broken. Nothing else needed repair, it is a well-kept house.

For a rental, they provide quality everything -plenty of dishware, entertainment spaces, and more importantly, enough bathrooms! It was good to see that this home met the expectations of all of my friends, even those who didn't know they really wanted a vacation in a beautiful home. They even told me they felt like crying leaving because our experience was so amazing.There's nothing like waking up and having coffee viewing the golf course and seeing wild turkey come by, or even a herd of Elk visit in the evening.With the game room, a sudden storm did not damper the mood, rather we all headed inside to enjoy our time playing games together.I appreciate how thoughtful the owner was to ensure that everything was provided, even beach towels for those who didn't remember to bring theirs.We are hoping to book again next year! We had an amazing trip! The Suncadia property fit my extended family well. Having 3 en-suite king rooms was comfortable for the adults and all of the space (game room and bunk room) was perfect for our teens. The kitchen and outdoor space was so comfortable and made for a relaxing area to visit and spend time together. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed bring entertained by the golfers at the tee. We walked everyday and biked the resort trails. We would like to stay there again next year.

We visited with a group of 15 and loved every aspect of the stay. It was convenient to access and had lots to offer for kids and adults alike.
