The house was great with a lot of amenities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to relax by the cozy fireplace or take dip in the hot tub. Very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. The game room is also a plus!

This VRBO was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was very comfortable and nicely appointed. It was also decorated for the fall season.It was also very clean.

We have stayed in several VRBO’s, this one was just about perfect. It would be helpful to leave instructions about the TV, we’re all smart ladies but had a heck of a time trying to watch the Mariners. Fortunately, someone had not deleted their sign in for YouTube

It was a lovely home and the perfect place for my family and I to stay!! It worked well for my adult kids and my elderly father!!

This house has everything you’ll need for an amazing stay! Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Plenty of space inside and out to all be together. The beds are all very comfortable. The garage/game room has so many fun games and equipment to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you John & Laurie!!

Well stocked spacious home with great outdoor spaces for our large family to be comfortable. The game room and bicycles took it to the next level! Peaceful neighborhood, easy drive to town. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Montero’s lovely home. The home is very spacious and clean. They have thought of little details and made it very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed using the amazing bikes to ride around. There are lots of fun “toys” to use in the garage. The only downside was having to be inside the house by 10 pm each night. I’m pretty sure this is a Suncadia rule but I felt stressed to make sure my family was out of the hot tub by 10 even though they were quietly visiting. I’m sure this rule is in place for all the partiers who abuse it but it’s a shame we all have to abide by it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back someday!

This home was perfect for our family! There were 11 of us - six adults and five children ranging from 4-15. This property had something for everyone from games and puzzles to bikes of all sizes, a garage full of games such as ping-pong and foosball…hot tub, firepit and wonderful conversation areas for everyone to enjoy! The house was very clean and well furnished with everything one would need for cooking and/or relaxing! Perfect spot for our family to re-unite and enjoy each other!

We met our family at this property for cousin fun and it was just perfect. We had amble space, bikes and games for everyone. Every individual from 8 years old - 45 years old had a blast and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed in Suncadia to celebrate my parents milestone anniversary. We were very impressed with the generous supply of quality cooking utinsels, coordinating platters and other serving dishes, and other miscellaneous food related needs. The upstairs got a little warm, but the little fans provided in the bedrooms were very helpful.

This was our 3rd year staying here and it’s perfect every time!

Fantastic location for a family weekend! Can’t say enough about all the amenities, game room and bikes. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals. Bbq and hot tub were ready to use as well. The pictures don’t quite do it justice, beautiful home! Thank you for a great Father’s Day weekend!

Great place to stay for our first time renting in Suncadia. Had everything we needed and lots of extra fun stuff (sleds, games, etc.). Only thing missing was a video game system for the kids. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great time with the house. We made all our food and the kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The hot tub was awesome. We brought games, but spent a lot of time in the rec room too. We rented the house to get away and spend time together just hanging out, and this was a great place to do it.

One of the best appointed homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you need, the home was super clean and there was a ton of room for everyone. The fire pit is top tier and the hot tub was clean and at temp when we arrived. And for those planning to grill, the natural gas grill was one of the cleaner grills I've ever laid eyes on at a vacation rental. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The house had plenty of space and we had a great time playing games inside & in the garage, watching football and sledding in the neighborhood. We all love to cook & the kitchen was very well appointed. Easy communication with the hosts & tons of helpful info at the house. THANK YOU!!

We had a family of 12 adults staying at the home and some additional family with a newborn and two littles that came for the daily activities and meals. It is a lovely home and all of the extra touches were so wonderful. It was very comfortable and had something for everyone. A wonderful house. Very clean, well equipped and very organized. We thoroughly loved our time in Suncadia and were very pleased with John and Laurie Montero’s house. We loved that there was a Christmas tree and decorations all over the house. Made our stay magical, with all the snow included.

We thought much thought and care had gone into making this an enjoyable stay. The home was well stocked. Information was readily available for care of the home. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were always quick to communicate. No complaints here!

Absolutely beautiful property that was incredibly well equipped and very clean. The house is also well stocked for family vacations (with bikes, snowshoes, and games.) Our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay. I have lately been a bit miffed at VRBO/ABnB's having high cleaning fees AND also requiring detailed cleaning requirements on checkout, but this stay was neutral in that regard. Overall a very positive experience and great communication from the hosts.

Beautiful home with loads of amenities for a family get together. Great kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare the food we brought. Grandkids enjoyed riding the bikes and we all enjoyed games. The house was immaculate with plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc. We did a lot of walking on the streets and trails to the lodge and Swiftwater Cellars. Would definitely recommend. John and Laurie quickly replied to questions. Thank you!

We had a group of old friends stay together. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated for the season and well-kept. It was perfect for lounging at the house with plenty of space, a few outdoor seating areas, hot tub, and fire pit. We absolutely lived that it was stocked with bikes and we used them more than once! Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home and lovely outdoor area. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. Loved the spa at the Lodge and enjoyed riding bikes and playing games in the garage. We will be back!

The home was beautiful and in a wonderful location - just like a tree house in the forest. John and Laurie have furnished and decorated it beautifully - no detail spared! And it had everything we needed for an event weekend down to a steamer and sewing kit. beautiful serving platters, and lots of glass and silverware. Beds were very comfortable and each room had comfortable blanket wraps for fireside evenings. On our final night the hot tub and (huge) fire pit was wonderful! We didn't want to leave and will DEFINITELY come back!

The house was a perfect place for our friends and kids (age ranges from 1-8yrs) to stay for the weekend. The kids LOVED the amount of activities that were there - from the bonus room (with included blocks, toys, and TV) to the garage full of games (skii ball, bikes, scooters, balls, etc), the kids were in heaven and constantly entertained. We loved the fact there was an optional baby gate there to keep our littlest ones safe. It was a well laid out house that was nicely kept up. All of us commented we’d never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in a VRBO (every kitchen item we could have wanted was there). The hosts were gracious and kind. 10/10 stay.

This home is new, spacious and beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. These owners have thought of everything guests might need. There are even multiple great bicycles for exploring the area. My family of 10 had a fun, relaxing stay here.
