Stayed Jun 23, 2023We had a wedding at the resort and stayed here with a group of friends and it was perfect! Great location, good golfing, and Roslyn is close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to Suncadia.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great place to stay. Very central. Only warning would not be recommended for the elderly. Beds are low to the ground and no real good place to sit and put on shoes. But we made it work.

Stayed May 30, 2024The house was great, very comfortable and worked very well for our group of 3 couples. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking in one of the evenings. Lovely stay in a beautiful area.

Stayed May 23, 2024We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding at Suncadia. The location is great and the kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the owner honoring our request to use fragrance-free cleaners before we arrived. Two minor things: (a) The unit has no cards, board games, books, etc., so if your family likes to do that on trips, you'll need to bring your own. (b) The unit has numerous TVs and other gadgets about but no instructions--it would have been nice, for example, to know how to pair my iPhone's playlist with the unit's soundbar...

Stayed Oct 13, 2023The condo was basic with just enough furniture for people to sit. Was cold inside when we arrived (50 degrees) and took awhile to heat up. Bed over vent upstairs so stayed cold for a long time upstairs. Kitchen was fine with coffee and plenty of cookware. Big screen nice for watching rugby each morinUpstairs bedrooms were very basic with good mattresses but broken dresser and buzzing lights. Upstairs bathtub didn't drain well at all so after a few back to back showers, last person was standing in a foot of water in the tub. The location was good and nice to have covered parking. Overall, it was ok. Definitely not worth the price. Won't go back to this unit.
