Graet place to spend time with friends and family. Game room is great for kids. Spacious and clean.

We never saw the host but I called their office and the lady was very helpful. The location was perfect for sledding on a nearby hill and our grandkids loved the game room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a few little glitches. The fireplace worked at times, not consistently. Only one of the elements in the barbecue worked. We couldn’t get the broiler in the kitchen to work. The smoke detector by the primary suite started beeping indicating that the batteries were low. We removed it and left it on the kitchen counter. These were all minor things that in no way effected the enjoyment of our Thanksgiving weekend.

The host was really clear with their communication.

We had a group of 13 adults for a friends weekend. Our stay was excellent and we all really enjoyed the property.

This was a great home for the holidays! The communication is fast, detailed and accurate. We found the home quickly and entered easily. The house is lovely, comfortable and everything was in good repair. It is actually one of the best kept houses we have stayed in without the usual loose knobs or broken drawers. The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything we needed to prepare meals. We made numerous large meals and the only thing we couldn’t find was a hand mixer for meringue! There are dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher, laundry soap for the washing machine and plenty of towels in the drawers. The bathrooms are lovely and had lots of hot water for showers and good water pressure. For the most part, the rooms are spacious, though the bunk room was a little tight so some of the kids left their suitcases in their parent’s room next door. The suite over the game room is lovely with extra privacy and quiet. The hot tub is perfect, worked just as expected, and was fun in the snow. The area is beautiful with lots of trees and the houses aren’t overly close together. There is a Safeway with gas station and a few restaurants in town a 15 minute drive from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Our 2024 family reunion with Grandpa, Grandma, adult siblings, their spouses/significant other AND grandkids ? - we had a lovely time! We had plenty of space and amenities for the entire group. The Suncadia parks and walking trails were great, with many different things to do in the general area. Enthusiastically we give this home/experience a thumbs up and a 10 (out of 10).
