Perfect place to have a family vacation during foliage season!! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the first floor handicap accessible was perfect for my elderly brother with a walker. Everyone enjoyed the sunrise each morning over the lake. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Sunapee Seasons. The home was very clean and stocked well with kitchen items and sundries. It had a great location for Sunapee and Upper Valley fall activities. The property is quite private and well-away from other houses. The easy departure process was appreciated.

This property was lovely. Each room had its own color theme and style. Everything was clean and I loved the coffee table book with all the information about the home and area activities. The owners really thought of everything. I would definitely recommend and use this property again.

Just had a wonderful time at this property. Owner immediately responded to a couple of simple questions I had. My daughter was especially impressed with how child friendly it was. I thought it was very clean and with Dewey Beach across the street for my grandson and a deck with a great lake view for me, I left pleased and relaxed.

This home is beautiful and very clean, pictures are great but in person this place is spectacular. Right across from the beach it’s a a short walk and most well maintained lake beach I’ve ever been to. 10/10!

Beautiful house!! Check in was a breeze and kitchen was better than mine at home. Hated to leave. Walked to the beach every day even with grandma who has difficulties. Accommodations for six people were perfect. Washer and dryer easily accessible. Beds extremely comfortable. Every room is pleasingly decorated. Can't say enough good things about this rental.

Overall, this was fabulous. The location was perfect for us: centralized between Sunapee, New London and Newport; close to Rt 11; great view of Lake Sunapee. Chris our host really made our VRBO experience easy.

Booked this property for my family (5 of us) to go to a family wedding in the Sunapee area awhile ago. The house is clean, comfortable, has a/c, well labeled, a nice short walk from Dewey Beach to the active boat launch area with shops/food, and a neat door locking system. Everything just seemed to work well and it would have been nice to stay longer had I known.

We greatly enjoyed a quick get away to this beautiful sun-filled house! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, very relaxing place to stay!

We had a great ski weekend at Sunapee. The house was immaculate, exactly as described and pictured and perfect for an extended ski weekend. Everything was well organized and labeled and the house had everything we needed. Great view of Lake Sunapee from the living room as we sat by the wood stove. Would definitely rent this house again.

Our boys had races at Proctor Academy and Sunapee this weekend and this location was a perfect middle point!!! Beautiful home, exactly as advertised and great for 2 moms and 2 teens! Highly recommended

We stayed at Sunapee Seasons for a quick ski trip at Mt. Sunapee, and we weren't disappointed. The location is perfect - very convenient to the mountain, and we were greeted by the winter sun rising over the lake. The home is well-appointed and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We loved our stay!

I’ve stayed in many rental homes across the U.S. and other countries, but this experience at Sunapee Seasons ranks in my top three. The breathtaking scenery around Lake Sunapee, combined with the comfort and thoughtfulness put into the house, made this a truly five-star experience.
