1st room has a large private master king bedroom with mountain/forest view, skylight and country furniture, A/C, comfy king bed + 2 extra twin beds.
2nd huge open floor plan room for the family has sleeping area for 6, including bed for 2, plus a full-size futon sleeps 2, +1 twin bed, +1 twin mattress Trundle bed. A thick privacy curtain splits the large room into 2 separate sleeping areas. The large room suite also has a big screen TV, table with 6 chairs, cocktail table, cozy chair, lamps, computer desk, chair and tables.
Enjoy great hiking, lake swim, paddle, fishing, mtn. biking, and restaurants. ride the lift for awesome views. Rest easy after your day at this pristine forest retreat.
Brand new kitchen: full refrig, oven, microwave, gas stove, full sink, dishwasher, granite countertops, coffeemaker. Bathroom has shower massage, amenities: 4 sets bath towels, hand towels, facecloths, shampoo and soap. (Bring extra towels if desired or purchase more for $10 fee) We provide fresh linens, blankets and pillows. Hairdryer and iron provided. This duplex of a beautiful shared country home is yours to enjoy, with fast access to Lake and Mt. Sunapee, John Hay Preserve, Lake Todd, Colby Sawyer college, and local restaurants/attractions where year-round adventure awaits. Only 30 mins. to Concord shopping/restaurants. Free hi speed WiFi.
We are a healthy retreat with no smoking on property. No pets, there are local vet boarding centers nearby. Property owner onsite has small farm with a fish pond, (not for guest use, watch for children)
Use the high speed Wi-Fi to access information on local entertainment, parks, and local restaurants.
NOTE: Our neighborhood has pedestrians in the road. Watch for police radar where speeding cars get tickets. Take care driving, watch for people, and be safe.

We employ disinfection agents using EPA-approved cleaning solutions. Extra attention is paid to cleansing high-touch areas, including TV remotes, thermostats, light switches, door handles, bathrooms, water faucets, appliances, handrails, and more.

Guests enjoy their own private entrance in back of the house. Parking is free up to 3 cars. Hot tub available for cleaning fee of $350 with advanced notice. Add $50/pp/daily for > 5 persons. No refunds, guests must depart if violating home rules for your safety.
